"She'll know it. it's cake, innit?"

To be fair I would have gone the same way as him. I'd never heard of it ,but if it's a Swedish cake, I'd have gone for the only colour there that was in the Swedish flag.

I hate Food & Drink questions.

I notice the bloke at the end didn't say the usual, "We need you back" stuff, he said, "Go for the high offer".

I reckon he might have been thinking that if she can bring back the big money, that'll be a big boost to the prize fund.

And if she gets knocked out there's every chance she won't be missed.

Yep, good tactical advice there. Although she got knocked out anyway!

Yes, she did, but I don't think she really thought Nadal was British. Or that he was playing top level tennis twenty years ago, when he'd have been about ten.

She couldn't think of a sensible guess so I think she just said the name of the first tennis player that came into her head. I don't think she really thought it had much chance of being right.

I'm a bit more forgiving about daft answers in the speed rounds, when there's time pressure.

yes, a lot of these questions aren't that difficult if you take the time to work them out.

Which Bradley is taking delight in pointing out.

Chaser's questions seemed easier than the team's there.

Having said that I don't think the result would have been much different if she'd got the other set.

I'm glad the Chase won. It's the most friendly quiz on television and more interesting than most game shows.

OPEN LETTER TO THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THE CHASE..

Dear people in charge of The Chase,

I don't know if any of you read this thread, but if you do, here's my thoughts:

I think The Chase is a great show and you fully deserve this award.

But I'll just say this.

Try and mix it up a bit, will you?

It's OK to have two wins in a row. No, really, it is. What is it, seven hundred odd shows, and how many times has there been two wins in a row? Four, five times maybe? I mean that's just ridiculous. I watch The Chase nearly every day and it's a bit annoying watching it when the team won the day before, so I know almost certainly that the team won't win today. I know you are trying to space the wins out, but it really does get a bit predictable.

Try this:

The Chasers lose about one in every three or four shows, so sometimes there will be two wins in a week. So why not go Loss - Loss - Win - Win - Loss over the week? That wasn't hard, was it? You don't always have to have a loss after a win.

This one's a bit more risky, but..go a whole week without a win. Go on, try it. When was the last time that happened? It's OK, we'll cope.

Right, I've said enough.

But well done anyway.
