She should have known 'naming' an MP I'd have thought. It's something you hear pretty regularly on the news.

The Marx Brothers question, Groucho is the one I was sure it wasn't, but didn't know of the other two.

I'm probably in a minority but I think Jenny, the newest Chaser, is gorgeous! I've applied for The Chase, and if I get on I want to face either her or Mark Labatt, but with my luck I'd get old "Frosty Knickers" herself, Anne Hegarty.

Sophie takes the pound then tells seat 4 to go for Ģ55k. I hope they lose.

At least Sophie got a few right but can't see Anne losing today.

I think Sophie pretty much redeemed herself in the final chase.

15 is an okay result, hopefully itīs not enough.

Anne, please be on your game today.

Jenny could learn an awful lot from Anne, she is wonderful.

They use her so rarely, that you have to be very lucky to get her.

Thank you Anne.

15's been a winning score before, depends who the Chaser is.

Somebody like Mark or Shaun would easily dispatch them on a low score.

I've seen Shaun stumble more than once on a low-teen score.

(checked and from what I can find, Shaun actually holds the record for the lowest winning score - just 11).

I seem to remember in the earlier series, when Bradley asked the first contestant, who they'd like, nine times out of ten, that chaser was the one they got. Now it feels more like 50/50.

Furthermore, Mark's most significant defeat was on 15 steps, losing Ģ60,000 to a solo player.

All depends on the form the Chaser is on the day, really as they can ALL fall prey to the low scores if enough pushbacks are dealt. All Chasers but Jenny (so far) have been defeated by 14.

(Mark's lost to 13, but only in a Christmas special, so dubious validity there.)

If you watch the Celebrity specials on ITV 4 every night, I think the Chasers there lose on purpose with it being for Charity

There are also wild camels in Asia and Australia, so maybe it was that the giraffe is only found in Africa?

I'm sure 'long necked' was in the question about the giraffe.

Yes it was and giraffe is the relatively obvious answer but when under pressure with the clock ticking camel is not a stupid answer.

Yes. I was questioning what the other poster meant. Did he think that camels are not from Africa or was it that he thought camels are not mammals?

Brilliant start, long time since anyone got double figures in the cashbuilder.

Mark today, should be good match against Andy.

Good player, Ģ10k cashbuilder, has the spirit to go for the big offer Ģ50k

And he's out. Shame.

Oof, that was short and sweet. Shame - hell be missed in the final chase.

Shame he didn't know his Clockwork Orange, he'd have been good in the final chase.
