I'm not really getting the issue with the price plenty of hotels do this, fluctuations in price around events is the norm is it not?

I don't understand how these people are on this having only been open for 12-13 weeks.
They must have applied before they had even opened.

Also, it's not really good to go on when they are not charging their actual prices, they will be higher.

But they are supposed to charge the proper peak season rate not the heavily discounted rate.
