The most unprofessional establishment I've ever seen on this show...and the sniping between mum and son is very off putting.

A big no-no as far as I'm concerned.

Like serving up tinned stew as an evening meal.

That's just the fashion these days. Wearing proper clothes just isn't cool.

That first pair, petty for the sake of petty. Yes they had a few issues but the low scores were unwarranted

Locked wardrobes in the room? its looking more and more a house that she and her family live in, that she opens up every now and then as a B&B if she needs a bit of money.

Looks like mum has managed to get some new horrible nails. Should have spent the time on cleaning the place instead.

'Bad flush'...?

I hope they have not left anything in the way of evidence to support that

They had to change the dirty bedding themselves. I do not think they were petty at all.

No Louis is the tool! And lets face it could he really fix anything? He'd be more likly to make it worse.

I have a feeling it was a nice place but going downhill due to laziness. They just did not care about the complaints.

That wasnt a proper B&B imo,, neither were very professional about the running of it, she knew her Son is thick and cant be arsed yet she still got him to do the breakfasts, i think the comments were justified tbh , i think she cares more about the boot camp side of the business
