There aren't enough pillows in the world to stop him running his gob off.
It only takes one, over his face.

I'm hoping Donna underpays by about £300 at least.

I like your thinking....

Make him give you £40 first and call it a cover charge.

There was one of the hour long versions of the show on this morning. It never felt like an abridged version or that anything had been missed out but highlighted the amount of padding there is to make more or less the same content into two and a half hours over five days. We all know it's OTT but this just showed how much. Less is definitely more!
I saw that. It didn't have any of the pointless activities.

I think Martin has been very fair with his payment, only a fiver off after scoring a 4, Donna knocked a five off because she didn't like the sausage. Martin went up in my estimation after that.

You're right of course but it didn't take anything away from the programme. It added to it! They weren't missed one bit.

I looked up Halliwell House on Tripadvisor but it's not even classed as a B&B. When I did find adverts for it online it seems to be rented out as a house rental at £5000 per week and a cook your own breakfast. I think FIAB have added him in this programme just to create a controversy. It's certainly doing that.
What a strange man he is - he talks like one of those market traders who try to sell towels and things, emphasising the quality for the price.

Sshhhhh...this is no place for rationality regarding Martin.

He's making it up as he goes along, isn't he?

Is he seriously thinking that his place is better than Claridges? Or somewhere else?

£80 for a crappy breakfast! Duck that sh*it.

Those are very generous payments. I would have underpaid by at least £300.
