Spot on. She turned into a bit of a bitch today. Jane looked very doubtful when she was criticising everything. Daft cow.

I also noticed something she put on the forms, she said she would be lonely at breakfast if she was by herself. Which to me is not a valid criticism, she couldn't give a restaurant a bad review for not allowing her to sit with other customers as she ate. If she is on her own, she must be used to eating alone. If she was staying at the hotel alone, again she was alone, why would breakfast matter?

I'm not against being pleasant to people lol but I don't necessarily want to sit at a communal breakfast table and have to make small talk when I'm dipping my soldiers or slurping my tea. She shouldn't mark them down on that besides, she wasn't alone, she was with Jane Fembot Mark 3 with enhanced chest suspension

There's cold and then there's cold

I once had egg benedict with a nice large slice of ham that was clearly straight out of the fridge and the muffin wasn't warm either so the whole lot was just tepid at best I did eat it (in a hurry) but did mention it to the staff.

Having said that, Jackie made too much of it - to give a 5 but not say anything (even when told to by Jane) and then somehow making out she was made to feel uncomfortable was just wierd.
Have to say that although Jane probably has the most irritating voice I've ever heard, she actually does say some pretty sensible things. Shame ol' misery-guts ignores her!

Jackie is one weird woman, I really dislike her, she was pretty nasty in her comments and marking last night.

As for her friend, sounds like she has been sucking on a helium balloon.

I expected a 'stately' home type of place from last nights couple, bit of a let down to find it's just a pub, thought the rooms were a lot for what they were, can only think it is the location.
