It's not just the high pitched voice that is annoying, she has a very strange speech pattern as if she is reading from cue cards. She seems to be acting all the time

If she was staying by herself, wouldn't she be lonely in her room? Her comment was beyond stupid.
From the moment she arrived yesterday, it was obvious she was looking to pick fault. Some people are so full of revenge and spiteful and she was full of it. Let's see if she turns on the charm now she has got yesterday's hosts out of the way.

She reminds me of Paloma Faith, talking really slowly in an affected voice, it all sounds very put on.
PMSL ,, whilst putting her hands close to a bit of wood, she says the room has great energy ,,,,hmmm i wonder why she is single

Maybe they do well enough on the bike school (especially with people using it that might stay as well - package deal?) that they can offer this as part of those, thereby being able to offer good value to everyone?
