I just binge-watched the 4 episodes - with efficient use of the Ffwd function, it only took me 45 minutes.
The two men (ie, the two male owners) seem fine and just need a bit more maturity and poise to be very effective owners / managers. And I liked last night's property and hosts - both they and the two guys were what you want hosts to be - pleasant, efficient, available but not appearing to use their guests as 'new best friends'. I think Tina and Mike would be ghastly hosts.
Cordon Bleu
is a bit old-fashioned but it is still very well-respected and does still provide a very good grounding in the skills and techniques that turn someone into a professional and knowledgeable cook. I'd be interested to know which of the courses she did. Maybe their website will tell me. The Grand Diplôme is a serious investment qualification at £28,000. That
would stick in Tina's nose.
But anyway, I looked at the
Bovey Lair website and am still laughing:

I like their confidence but suspect it is seriously misplaced. I have a new strapline for their business: Not posh... just pretentious.
