Plastering has the same bearing as chipped paint, so they set the bar.

She has a stinking attitude and wont be in business long if she refuses to take any criticism on board.

Is Tudor the quiet assassin?

They are coming over as vindictive aren't they. Why is it fine for Tudor to criticise but not Tim?

Yes they are - I didn't like them at all.

Well I think the couple that overpaid Tudor came out looking the best even though Tudor was the best B & B and deserved to win.

I quite liked Tim the first host but I thought the new business couple did themselves no favours with their attitude! You can't possibly know it all in 4 weeks love, wind yer neck in!

I found their obsession with the size of breakfast hugely entertaining. Do they never look in the mirror and wonder whether gut-busting breakfasts may have their drawbacks? Unpleasant couple and tacky rooms (decor IS important!) which were not cheap, so I can't imagine who will make up their client base.

I wish the winners hadn't been overpaid by the lady from the Cotswolds, who - for me - was the real winner this week.

At last got through a whole episode this week without Tudor mentioning thread-count!

She clearly thinks they are nice, just like she thinks her blingy bedrooms are nice! Shame she doesn't realise they are both look as common as muck.

This week on 4IAB

Monday

The competition kicks off at the Five Bells near Dover, where manager Shelley Parnell and her competitive mum Linda Yates hope their bargain-priced B&B will win the day.

Tuesday

The hosts check in to the Thomas Paine Hotel in Thetford, where an inappropriate book is found in a bedside drawer and competition turns fierce at a Home Guard training exercise.

Wednesday

Chris and Sarah Whitehead invite their fellow hoteliers to Tenbury Wells in Worcestershire, where they open the doors of their historic pub The Rose and Crown.

Thursday

Lesley and Steve Hawker welcome the contestants to the Woodlands Guest House in Exmoor, but after the bad feedback of previous rounds, it seems their rivals are out for revenge.

Friday

The B&B owners meet up to find out what they have been paid. Shelley and Linda from The Five Bells also want to question why their feedback for breakfast failed to add up.

She didn't have an answer for that did she! They mentioned a tiny bit of paint, so as you say they set the bar.

Only four pages of posts about this week's episodes. Gone are the days when ONE episode used to generate four pages of posts.

Not many posters seem to bother with this thread any more. That's why I posted a reduced version of this week's 4IAB.

Seems a lot of posters are fed up with the format these days. Maybe they have given up and moved on now. Such a shame the show doesn't cut out the mundane aspects.

I appreciate your run down of the places coming up ewoodie.
