No heating in the , condensation too, I think they need to tweak the place a little, with rads and a sink in the bathroom.

LOL perhaps he will have a second secret! yes its quiet here tonight
He's French!

Just like the barge a couple of weeks ago, you cant expect strangers to share such a small space and it should be for groups only.
A swingers place?

I have a feeling after this goes out they all might be getting a visit from the health inspectors.

I wouldn't fancy staying on the bus with people I hardly know. It's more of a group thing where people go and stay for a bit of fun and not the sort of place three separate groups would stay.
I agree, great fun for a family or friends - I'd give it a go, and where it was parked looked lovely. the down side being the price and not even including breakfast.
No sink in the loo, so wash your hands where they prepare food?
Aah - I missed that bit, because i was wondering why they didn't use that to clean their teeth. Very small basins are available, so don't know why they don't install one.
Having to use the one sink for everything would be a real no-no.

Because of your late check in you have incurred a late charge, that'll be £15 please!

Watching on catchup. What a nightmare this place is. OK for young adventurous people I suppose.

This place would not be for me at all, but it's quirky and fun and the setting was really lovely. Loved the fire pit too.

I'm a vegetarian (practically vegan) for a good reason and I would NOT eat anything that was cross-contaminated. I would be very, very cross.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he slipped up that time because he was nervous. But if he makes a habit of it then he's an idiot.
How would you know though if your vegan breakfast was cooked behind the scenes in a B&B or hotel?
I'm a meat eater but would agree with what you say. Also was suprised to hear him say that he usually cooks the vegetarian food separately, if that is case then I find it incredible he slipped up on the day his establishment was being filmed for national TV
I agree, it was a bad mistake to cook veggie food next to non-veggie food. Most veggies and vegans would be appalled. I wonder how many times he has done that before
I agree, in fact I don't believe for one moment that he usually cooks the food separately.
I''m afraid I didn't believe him either and I'm a veggie.
I think it's tough on the participants to judge them on what you think might happen behind the scenes in the normal run of play.

It's sad if viewers don't cut some slack because of the intrusion, distraction and impact of the crew and the filming in the kitchen. For my own part I seriously doubt that what we see is anywhere near a true representation of what normal service would be like

Today, despite being particularly veggie aware, they didn't think to provide any extra grill space, so the veggie content had just as much grill area as the meat eaters despite the ratios, which didn't work out all that well.

I wouldn't fancy staying on the bus with people I hardly know. It's more of a group thing where people go and stay for a bit of fun and not the sort of place three separate groups would stay.

The bus seemed a fun and quirky venue if it was your kind of thing, but the space with bunks and no doors is only really for children; the other sleeping spaces are very tight indeed and, regardless of how close you are, the toilet cheek by jowl with the kitchen, sharing the hand washing facilities, is a massive NO from me. For the money, 'cuddle up' if you're cold, doesn't cut any ice. At the price point they should also have an independent shower and toilet block erected on site.

If I was to pack myself in a small space with some mates, I'd far rather do it on a barge where we can actually move location and have the pleasure of the countryside passing us by.
Breakfast looked good quality and very generous portions, but they do need bigger grills and as our veggie friends have pointed out, seperate grills for meat. I would've hoped they went on this to learn from the feed back, but they did seem quite dismissive over some valid points like the condensation and coldness.

'Oh look he's cooking the veggie food next to meat,' - said the woman to her veggie partner.

The next day exactly the same thing happened at her and the veggie bloke's place!!! Daft bint.
