Also, he (Kev) often looks blotchy and shiny - I wonder if he has a skin condition? In that case, the hats are perhaps meant as a distraction...

I thought my eyes had gone funny as when the first couple lifted up the toilet seat there was a huge yellow stain but nothing was said. They gave 8 for cleanliness which I thought was generous in the extreme.
