The production team seek out B&B's not on the basis of how or what they offer, but on the people running them.
There was a 'script' accidentaly left at Lily's, these couples were chosen to clash!!
They do pre interviews and in my mind have decided who they know will be easiest to manipulate to cause a fuss before the show starts.
The script reviled one of the other b&b owners hated teddys, so what did the crew choose for Lily's activity? (they are each told to choose 3 and the crew decides which ones they do) making bloody teddys.
Im not going to defend any thing that was said or done on the show, its JUST a light entertainment show. However I will say this when a production crew are constantly at your side, flattering you, egging you on and prompting you to be critical its hard not to get caught up in the moment. When a production crew ask you a direct question on camera, and you give them a 7 sentence answer, most it it complimentary to find that only the one negative thing you said was used, its a bit gutting!!
Let me tell you a bit about this woman you have all decided is a bitch (on the strength of a heavily edited and cruelly manipulated show).
She is the woman who when I nearly died in a car crash at 18 years of age nursed me back to health, despite have two children under 5 she took the bus everyday for three months to visit me in hospital, she was at my side the day I left with 1 arm. She was there at the birth of all three of my children, because she was the one person I could count on, she was there for our youngest sister when she gave birth to her son. She stayed for the first week with us, for all our children, waking throughout the night, helping and caring for us all.
She is hard working, caring, loving, incredibly funny and smart.
She is not a sour faced bitch.
It amazes me how people on this site can say the most vicious things about two people they have never met, yet do not see the irony in the fact that there comments are far worse than anything said or shown on the show??? Do you know 1 'gentleman' actually went onto the b&b site and wished physical violence against them!!
WTF people it's a show, get a grip! You are all entitled to your opinion of the way the show chose to portray each of these couples, but some of you are downright vicious. There's a certain paradox in some one calling a stranger an evil bitch that clearly the person typing it hasn't sussed out!!
I certainly know when my sister returned she thought they were all lovely couples and wished she had had the chance to get to know them all better (this is not allowed the production crew say by your side 24/7)
Thank god this is a private site. I hope you are kinder to the next b&b they set up to be the baddies, every series has one!”
