It would not surprise me. The same faces seem to pop up on most shows.

I cannot remember if they were nice or horrid on CT
I love a bit of trash TV, so me and dog share the routine every morning.
Me strong Italian coffee with double cream, he has dog chocolate.
We are both noticing that Jeremy's guests all look familiar, which they are as they've been on before.

I suppose there are only so many who'd wish to expose themselves to ridicule from the likes of Dave Lamb or Jeremy Kyle. We won't stand for recycled contestants though, so maybe goodbye to this genre?

Oh my goodness! Not only did I miss tonight's episode because I was washing my dog, but I also missed a whole new thread being started How many years will this one do us?

I really did not like tonight's place. It was like staying at your nan's house at a ridiculous price. How on earth do they justify their prices? Is it an expensive area? Or do the alpacas demand expensive salon perms?

I found the two guys incredibly annoying. And how weird is it to have scrambled eggs with sugar? Also, his place looks very flamboyant!

I need to watch the episode again, as I have forgotten most of it!

Is yours the same? They say dogs look like their owners.

Well, both of us have fluffy, unruly hair. And are of a spherical shape when due a groom. So I guess so? We are mostly the same in that we are both very lazy though. And do not like big dogs.

I remember him, flash Ferrari or porsche just happened to be parked outside. He thought nobody could touch him, but he had to run next door and get the cooked breakfasts done there, then come running down the street with plates of not so hot breakfasts. lol

No, I think that's someone else. That guy had really basic rooms in London and he placed some of the guests by the front door so they kept getting woken up by people banging the front doors. Or maybe it's me that's remembering the wrong guy.

I'm afraid that decor would simply drown me out. Even with my fabulous hair.

He would probably offer you a job as a receptionist. Just don't bend over when you are in the toilet as he might mistake you for a toilet brush with that hairdo.

Did I hear the Asian guy say he was going to teach the others how to run the business?
If so, there was another in London who said the same thing and came a right cropper. He was in to branding and everything. Think he used a single name.
Wasn't that the bloke from the Saba Hotel? Didn't he put some old trout and her hubby on the ground floor and they moaned about the noise?

Dreadful website.

Meganza ? Where do they get the names from.
Merganser is a breed of duck, so I'd imagine the room name is a reference to their menagerie.

I was disappointed. Their website makes it look really fabby, but the decor was really just tat, so old-fashioned. Still I suppose the area was very pretty, and all the lovely chickens, and animals would have me happy there lol...

I loved the way she said she colour coordinates everything even the bin liners I nearly fell off my recliner lol.... REALLY....how exciting, yet the place is dusty, and I dont know it just looked tired. There was no crispness in the rooms. I agree with Ray about the bed sheets, who wants to sleep on weird coloured pink sheets bleurgh.....should be crisp clean and white.

I think the two gay guys, will do my head in. Why do we always have to get the stereotypical gay camp guy? Does my head in, all that silliness. I have nothing against gay people, my daughter is gay, and my niece just married her partner on Friday they are two are the most beautiful women you would ever set eyes on, they love each other, but one isnt camp and silly or butch for that matter lol.

I believe The Burley Inn is just run by them as Managers. Again pitching privately owned B&B with Managers belonging to a large chain. The latter should be good its not as if they have personally had to see to it being decorated etc and have staff to do all the work.

I am looking forward to Rays place if the reviews are anything to go by. Why is it, people think they are such experts. Then they end up with egg on their face even with sugar in it.

Actually sugar in scrambled eggs is actually a Hindi dish. Ando Ka Meetha.

2 Eggs
4 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Butter/Ghee
2 Cardamom, powdered
PREPERATION:

Beat all the ingredients till sugar melts.
On a low heat, in a heavy bottom cooking vessel or kadai, pour in all the ingredients.
Keep stirring until the mixture gets harder. Using a spoon scrape out the egg mixture and cook for 1-2 min.
Serve hot with lightly roasted bread slices.
Last but not least add your 'love' to make the dish 'YUMMY'

PEBBLES on the drinks tray, was crystalised brown sugar, we used to use them in our Hotel for coffee, they just look cool...

Anyway onwards and upwards lol...of the CDWM thread now.

Can only repeat what others have said, thought the 'boys' looked familiar, now I know why.

Those rooms, interior designer? Stuck in a time warp imo, definitely 'nans rooms' territory and I say that as a nan, but one who likes uncluttered, modern room decor.

Overpriced imo, would I stay again? Answer would be a no.

I think it's a bit much knocking off several points for dust when the only dust found was a tiny layer on the top edge of a wall-socket that you needed to move the bed to see.

The company registration number is on their website.
From that you can look at the company structure which shows that Karen and Mike are more recent shareholders and directors in the company along with two other men who have the same surname, one of whom is still a resident of South Africa..........................................................................................................................................................
I'm not that interested, so haven't done more than glimpse at what's on line.
There are a series of property companies etc. including one company which was also posted about in the last thread. It arose from a report by Sir Michael Kerrie QC and Keith Carmichael and looked into the share structure and possible breaches of two sections of the Companies Act. It was raised in a Parliamentary Debate by Brian Sedgemore MP for Hackney, South and Shoreditch at the time.

My only interest was for a quick glance to see if the people are really what they purport to be...
Well your quick glance is very helpful and goes some way to explain their rather inflated opinion of themselves. I assume the expression "under the radar" is unknown to them.

Is the "voice over" guy new? Not using the plural for "pound" is driving me NUTS.
I know a lot of people do it - heaven knows why - but there's no excuse for a professional.

Ugh. Those two were horrid on Coach Trip, typical of the kind of attention-seeking thickos that are drawn to that programme.
