No wardrobe does it for me every time! 4 coat hooks and 2 hangers????? This is the seaside. What if you booked for 4 nights? Where would you put your dresses/trousers etc. One of my pet hstes.

Jeez the Hotel Piccadilly woman is a moaning minnie! Just checked out the Piccadilly on tripadvisor because I live in Bournemouth and hadn't heard of it. Reviews generally good. The couple may be very dull but it seems their hotel has a haunted room

"I stayed in roon 116 on my own and at 3.30am I was woken up by someone getting out of my bed and walking round the ded to the bathroom!!!! they then closed the bathroom door (I had left the little light on over the mirror so if I got up in the night I could see my way to the bathroom). I of course went to explore and nowone was their!!!! spooky right..... needless to say I left the main light on for the rest of the night... "

The reviewer only knocked off one star for having a stranger in their bed lol
And she didn't run for her life screaming?!! :O

In fairness that room wasn't big enough for a wardrobe. Need more hangers though.

Know what you mean, but if a room is that small, it can't really be classed as a double either. Nope, for me somewhere to hang my clothes properly - and that doesn't mean coat hooks on the wall - is essential.

Sometime I prefer to sleep in a bed rather than in the closet

Not even enough for one person, let alone a couple. If there's no room for a wardrobe it needs to be a single, if used at all.
Looks as though they may be falling into the 'first place then disses everyone else and end up looking like arses' trap
Mind you the Ball room woman seems rather a diva.

Yes, they can. We were shown a close-up of the menu and, sad man that I am, I froze the screen to read it. Extras are charged at 50p per item.

The breakfasts are:
DUKE @ £2.95 1 bacon, 1 egg, 1 sausage, beans OR tomato
PRINCE @ £4.50 2 bacon, 1 egg, 2 sausage, beans AND tomato, 2 hash browns
KING @ £6.50 2 bacon, 2 egg, 2 sausage, fried bread, mushroom, beans AND tomato
VEG @ £3.95 Egg, fried bread, hash brown, beans @ tomato, toast or bread and butter

We all have our preferences! I like fewer items - just bacon, mushrooms and scrambled eggs with lashings toast and butter.

The ballroom woman clearly doesn't do that much dancing! Wonder what her Latin is like?

That room was only big enough for a single room, then they would have had room for a wardrobe. A lot of people go to the seaside for a week dont they, where would you put all your luggage. 2 hangers jeez. No way. I would have walked out if it was for real.

Heart attack on a plate. All from frozen outlets. Frozen and cooked bleurgh......

To be honest i can never understand this obsession about eating a fried greasy breakfast first thing in the morning lol...... no wonder why there is a weight problem in this country lol.

Still a really good breakfast all freshly sourced and made is a lot more appealing. I would rather pay for quality then quantity personally.

IF the menu was showing pricing does that mean its not bed & breakfast then, am I to assume its bed with a breakfast you have to pay for or was that for just people coming in off the streets. Are checked their site it includes breakfast, then thats a very good deal to be able to eat a huge meal for 40.00 - 60.00 (single and double), and 85.00 for family room.

Must admit I raise a few eyebrows at Breakfast time when I'm away.....

I don't eat eggs, so always ask for the full breakfast (if it's offered) but with no eggs and if possible some extra fried bread or a hash brown......

You would be amazed at how many places respond with "we don't just do them fried.... You can have them poached or scrambled....." And have to be told - "no I don't eat eggs at all, no matter how they are done!"
