And the 6s. They both seemed to be ok with it all but she did speak about 'my regulars' which makes me think that actually she has a nice core business and her guests are well suited to what she provides, which means she can be relaxed.

Definitely thought the request for goat's milk made Trevor look a complete idiot.
It's not The Savoy you know, with anything on a whim available at the click of your fingers. At a B&B you'd either request in advance or take your own special items and you certainly wouldn't complain about delays (when being filmed as well) because of your off regular menu item.

Trevor seems to be a personal partner but not a business partner? although he does do odd jobs around the place. I suspect they're close companions and he has useful skills?
Anyway, I thought today was a nice place. It wasn't particularly chic but she seems to know her market well and provide amply for what it needs, so as long as you were warm, comfortable and well catered for, then you get what you pay for.
I thought last night's place was ok too, much smarter in the decor and if you were booking they'd take account of any requests too.
Bit of a storm in the teacup so far, the critiques.
Forgot to say, I don't mind full Welsh/Scottish or Irish breakfast as opposed to English, but more regional is taking it a step too far for me really.
