I love bread sauce! I could eat a whole plateful! Shall have bread sauce wars on Dec 25 with DIL who also loves bread sauce. My son won't get a look in other than a small spoonful LOL.

My mum's home made lemon and parsley stuffing was simply divine, not like any stuffing you can buy, it was just GORGEOUS. It had been her mum's recipe before. To my shame I have never made it, it involved grating stale white bread and chopping mountains of parsley, suet, lots of lemons and salt and black pepper, an egg, milk....various ingredients!

Have you ever bought a property or always rented?

So many! Probably times spent staying with my Granddad at Ferring on Sea, going down to the beach and playing on the breakwaters with my cousin.

It's now looking like I goes to son and DIL's on Chrimbo Eve and stay til Boxing Day. Fine with me

Yeah! They're not in prison for pate de foie gras.

DIL loves me. I am the best MIL ever. It's official Besides the alternative is ex Mr Twass and she's not very fond of him I was only going to go for Xmas day, it was her idea I practically moved in!!

On the lash? Tonight... no way!! My heart goes out to the ambulance crews dealing with those idiots that can't handle the wee tipple

Did you know it was Black Eye Friday with the most police incidents and interventions this year??

Thankfully no. I missed them visiting work also

I was up at 04:55 to go to the Post Office and collect presents and my 'piecework stuff'. What time did you get up??
