Happy new year to you all. Don't like the remarks about my Paul. I still love him anyway and he was great when I saw him in May. I still like you as well by the way.

Not having too good a time here. Got a bad chesty cough and coughing up some horrible stuff, I think I should have seen the doc but just felt I was too fed up with doctors to be bothered. Also been upset by SIL, who is a real expert at upsetting me. Talk about choosing friends etc.

What do you do about someone who upsets the applecart so many times?

Tell them to do one. Seriously, I would if this was the umpteenth time and you'd given them every chance. Remove them from your life entirely. Now being your SIL this may prove a little problematic, but on the other hand do you endlessly want to put up with their unpleasantness? There comes a time when you have to step away from toxic people.

On that cheerful note, a gloriously crisp, frosty....yes, actual FROST!! morning to start 2016 off. Is this the arrival of Winter at last?
