Semi, although I do also like skimmed, just not in tea or coffee.

Definitely, I need to do so very badly.
Hi Twass and Nate. Sorry I don't come on so much now. Feeling ill at mo, got horrible chest, coughing all the time and making my throat sore and upsetting my asthma. The day before yesterday, I was just walking along the corridor and suddenly had the most awful pain in my hip when I put my foot down. I froze as the pain was so intense. Since then I am in a lot of pain all over my lower back and hips and can't walk properly. I will have to see if I can get in to see the doctor tomorrow. What a way to start the new year.

What was the very first thing you did this year?

Sent greetings to friends and family.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling good Fibro. Hopefully the doc will have a solution.

I think I may also have lost a shade over the festives. I didn't overdo it other than on 25th Dec. Hopefully I can lose a bit more, as I could do with dropping a stone!!

Would you like to visit the Great Barrier Reef?

None at all. Other than peelings etc but mostly I don't peel veg, just scrub and eat!

Mini twass having stayed, she's a very healthy eater and a pescatarian which is why I think I lost a shade of weight. I now have to stick with it or put it back on Only a few chocs left and after that I won't buy any.

Is your willpower strong, or weak, or in the middle?

I did think about it but decided not to. I thought of you straight away Twass as it looked like something you would really like.

Thanks for your good wishes both of you. I have been drinking lemon and honey in hot water, relieves it a bit for a short time but not for long.

I had taken advantage of a 12 day pass to go to a local leisure pool for 10 days starting tomorrow, but know I won't be able to go like this. It's so typical as it's the first time I have done anthing like that.

Can you swim? I can't, but I do exercises in there.
