Yes, it seems to have yielded some positive results.

What's your favourite letter and why?

Is your wallpaper discreet or garish?

The wallpaper in the room I am in now is discreat. It just has paint on it in a very very pale lemon. I am in the kitchen/dining room.

Well, I have started day one of a serious diet. I really must be tough with myself. I have put on so much weight over the last few years being on steroids and the extra weight is obviously going to make my joints and muscles a lot more painful. I need to keep at it for a long time as I never lose weight fast and it gets harder as you get older. The evenings are the worst time cos that's when I get hungry and am tempted to eat.

Have you ever know anyone with bi-polor disorder? Because I know someone who is acting very strangly and I wonder if they might have it.

I'm always frazzled.

She is behaving strangly as she is saying she is going to kill herself and yet is all rushing around and made up in smart clothes with her hair done up all posh and she says that she is depressed, but that doesn't sound like she is depressed like me. And she is always "over the top" and gushing to other people and saying how lovely they are etc and then the next thing is blaming them for not going out with her enough. Maybe she's got a split personality. Any ideas?

Not really Fibro, I am no expert, but something's clearly not right. Just been to Herne Bay and OMG it was so cold by the sea! ARCTIC!!! Meeting with the boss went OK, at least it's over, and I got a leather jacket in our charity shop for a fiver. Result!!!!

Now sat in my coat and many layers waiting for the woodburner to raise the temperature above zero indoors.

What's for dinner?

Get old enough and you'll realise that it's not the past that is a foreign country, it's the present.

Did you throw snowballs yesterday?
