Not usually, most nights I am gone within 60 seconds!!! Last couple of nights I have woken and lain awake a while which is unusual.....

Are you abstaining from alkowols for January? My son has and has lost a stone in weight from lack of beer calories He does drink a lot of it under normal circs...
