The London Underground is know as The Tube where I live, it will be soon running all night.

Do you think this is necessary??

Not really, it would help if they added another few late ones possibly well spaced out....perhaps one every half hour...until about 3am so clubbers can get home etc. But really no need to start them again until around 5.30am imho so early workers can get to their jobs.

Don't you hate the late night surge for the last tubes and fearing you won't get on one?

Yes, I remember many years ago running to get the last tube back home when we had been to the Albert Hall. We just made it as well. Hubby was carrying our sleeping five year old at the time as well.

I think like Twass said they could do with a few later ones and of course what about people who work nights.

When you said tubes I had in my mind some tubes as it a tube of something, like smarties etc. lol.

I've got to have a small op on Friday. Must be the time of the year, cos it's nearly a year since I had the one on my toe. How many ops have you had?

Depends on which perspective you are looking at it from. To indigenous Australians it's nothing to celebrate and could be seen as the incomers celebrating taking the land for themselves...to the descendants of those incomers, Australia is their home and they feel it's as much theirs as the Aboriginal tribes. If they sought to exclude indigenous people from the celebrations that would be racist....but do they?

I suspect you are having an expensive cheese rush. Put down that expensive cheese immediately and go back to Dairylea

If you are stuffed with cheese but your Mrs wakes up and cooks Jollof rice, are you still going to scoff it?

Dietwise I have never been on any.

If it's solely for weight loss aren't all diets just pointless exercises in futility.

Depends on the diet, I've successfully lost a lot on some.

Then it creeps back on when you eat normal food

Heard of the paleolithic diet?

Seeing as I had to google it to see what it was, nope.

Did you make any New Year's Resolutions (and if so, have you stuck to it/them)?
