On Holocaust Memorial Day?? The man is such a prick

Glad I made you smile Carole

Do you know much about the Holocaust??
twassington
27-01-2016
Yes, I know the awful details, a disgrace One of the greatest evils committed in the 19th century

How is it possible for some to try and deny it ever happened?
silentNate
27-01-2016
I don't know. I'm all for free speech but I support laws against Holocaust deniers

I've been to all the exhibitions at the Imperial War Museum and the current one is exceptional and I shed many a tear on seeing it. The images of them killing differently abled children at the beginning are awful

What's for dinner??
twassington
27-01-2016
It was curry followed by a crumpet and jam. I'm a woman of sophisticated tastes

I'm sure it was harrowing....but these things need to be remembered and seen, so we don't forget and learn the lessons of the past. I know other atrocious things happen all across the globe but there is something so clinical, so evil about the perpetrators of the Holocaust that makes the blood run cold

Was it truly remarkable that Eva Kor could forgive?
silentNate
27-01-2016
Not sure I've ever seen "The Girl Who Forgave the Nazis" but she is indeed a role model for us all

Is the bedroom tax now a dead duck??
twassington
27-01-2016
Here's hoping!

Watching the Sport Relief Bake Off....with Samantha Cameron "Oh, this is exhausting" she trills, taking a small tray of canapes out of the oven. "I've never had to concentrate so hard in my life". How very telling, eh???
silentNate
27-01-2016

Anyone worth watching on it??
twassington
27-01-2016
No, I switched over

Ever fallen off a bike?
silentNate
27-01-2016
Loads of times, broke my nose at least three times and numerous collisions with idiot drivers!!

Ever refer to Wednesday as Hump Day??
twassington
27-01-2016
I don't but my friend always does. Friday is always TFIF to her

I've never broken my nose....doesn't it bleed everywhere when that happens?
silentNate
27-01-2016
Not necessarily, depends where you break it but I'm pretty sure you can snap a bone without causing bleeding. Two of these accidents were caused by my younger self forgetting which brake was which and going over the handlebars head first!!

Worst accident on a bike you've had??
twassington
27-01-2016
Straight over the handlebars after hitting the kerb, fortunately landing on a soft grass verge....only bruises to show for it. However I lent my bike [a boys one] to a friend two years younger and when she braked too hard, she slipped off the saddle and onto the bar, cutting her front bottom quite badly. I remember taking her home screaming with blood pouring down her legs I thought I would get into trouble but her mum just said it was her own fault for trying to ride a bike she was too small for......still felt guilty though.

What's the worst tattoo you've ever seen?
silentNate
27-01-2016
Various Nazi ones over the years, usually belonging to people who outgrew their affection for such things

You??
twassington
27-01-2016

silentNate
27-01-2016
Nah, life is too short for regrets

Does stoatie have tats??

Ever wear pyjamas out of the house??
twassington
27-01-2016
Only into the garden to hang washing etc....

I can't remember if stoatie has tats

Did you know that cheese activates the same parts of your brain as hard drugs?
silentNate
27-01-2016
Doesn't surprise me... I loves cheese

Have you seen any of 10000 BC??
twassington
28-01-2016
I watched some of it last year during the first series, I had no idea it was on again....
