I should out to get some milk & go to the laptop repair shop to find out how much it will cost to get the desk top to appear. And then be able to start to access the internet
For over a week Their phone line is not working
I have luckily Been using my Kindle Fire ever since I sorted the WiFi on Tuesday night

It Was Soooooo Grrrrrrrrr !! = because It wanted the "Password" entered in order for it to connect
By using the info on the back of of the router
I kept typing the Password that was clearly printed on it >>>> over & blummin over for hours !!!!...

Turns out that the back of my Virgin media router Also had several other detaiis
**** Including **** A " Passphrase "
Because I was Sooooo fed up - I eventually just typed that in
>>>>>>>>> And Yay !!!!!! the WiFi was sorted in seconds

You would think they would say -
or Prompt you to try entering the " Passphrase " if the Password doesn't work
Especially when A password & A passphrase is written on the back of the box / label
What a waste of time it had allllllll been

Sunny here too - all moarning <<<<
Just had 2 ryvitas / pumpkin & oat / with / just / PB & Rhubarb n Ginger jammmm

Who do you have as your internet provider ?

BT, no other choices available out here in the back of beyond currently. Hopefully in future years there will be a better broadband provision....it's shockingly slow out here!!

How often is your recycling bin collected?

Once a fortnight here in Liverpool
During the year the #Green garden recycling bin is collected one week
Then the following week the household #Blue recycling bin gets collected

Good luck for getting a better & faster service in your rural heaven location

For the first may be 4 or 5 years of me having my first computer from October 2003 till maybe 2007 / 2008 ??
we only had grrrrrrr slow Dial up which was very very ! Slowwwwww & limiting
The phone line could only be used for one purpose at a time
...... and that Loud SSSqueally sound it made while it was connecting was awful

How often do you have. A recycling collection ?
&
Did you only have " Dial up " for years ?

Yes, we only had dial up for ages and in fact only had 1hr internet access per day. Can you imagine that

Recycling is collected fortnightly but no green waste is collected, just the little food waste bin with peelings etc in it.

Do you sing or hum when you are on your own?

Sometimes I walk purposefully into a room or go upstairs and once there, I have absolutely no clue why I went there. A wee bit later it dawns on me

Otherwise rarely I can be chatting away and something will interrupt and I will forget entirely what I was saying for a moment or two. It comes back

Clearing the mind of all thought is therapeutic, right?

Clearing the mind of all thought is dead, I'd say. (Says he in smart ass mode. )

Do you read the packet of branded patent medicine and then look on the shelf for a generic version with the same active ingredient and a fraction of the price?

Twenty squid. Any more is madness!

So, the government MAY take in refugee children with family already in the UK but will refuse children with no family either with them or here.....surely those with no family are in even greater need? It goes without saying those with family should come here right now. Shouldn't we also be taking as many lone children as possible?

We should and the only child I would ever want is one adopted from such a war-torn situation

I dislike children though so I'm in no position to judge.

Would you adopt??

It may have done so originally, but the earth is held together with fungus now ....like an internet of fungal veins for trees to communicate with. It's fascinating!

Am I turning into a shroom geek?

If you want to impress, drop LUCA (last universal common ancestor) into the conversation. A bit of googling will probably tell you more (probably much more than you want to know )

Did you hear the answer 42 the first time round (in the 70s)?
