I've not forked out 5p once since the charge came in. Have you?

Sorry Nate, but I really haven't the foggiest clue who it will be. I suppose I should have some idea, but there is and has been so much else going on in my life and the world that I haven't taken any notice of anything about it.

I am having small op on my eyes tomorrow, please wish me luck over it and think of me.

Are you very noisy when you sneeze?

No, the circumstances of past years what with nursing Splint and my mum put paid to any squeamishness I might have had. Every cloud, I guess!

Good luck with the surgery Fibro and I hope it will work OK for you! I shall send blessings your way. I hope you slept OK Not sure I would if I thought I was having eye surgery

I was thinking about you yesterday as I realised that I had not seen you posting in here lately

*Gertrude* has had about 3 very big blowwwwws in this direction during the last hour

For breakfast I have just had a whole smallish conference pear with
a pint and a half of water - whizzied up in my Grey Nutribullet
I topped up the biggest tumbler to the brim after the initial whizz

Do you have a Nutribullet or similar ?

Yes - but most days lately I just guesstimate them
I use * Myfitnesspal * to help with the calorie counting
and if you keep close to the Allowed Calories each day You DO always Lose weight
My Allowance is calculated to be 1-200 calories a day
I list my foods most days and my fluctuating weight

Weighing foods that you are not supplied with the calorific value
is the most accurate method to keep getting the best weight loss results
They do provide other methods - such as sizes of various foods
and cup sized spoon sized portions etc etc etc

Men have a higher daily Allowance

Would you give this more accurate method of your actual food / calorie eatage ?
[I know Twassy said she has used myfitnesspal ]
&
What will you. be having for lunch ?

I eat tons of fruit and veg. I have skipped lunch due to travelling but when my pal gets back from fetching the cat from the vet we will have kebabs

Then off out tonight so no dinner. Will we be starving at bedtime?
