Yes, several in hands and feet but nothing serious thnkfully!

twass - I do like aubergines Do you like courgettes??
ChoccyCarole
01-02-2016
Yes ! I like courgettes
& My Blood type is also :- A positive
[ The best exam result !! ]

What would you like put on a thick toasted crust ?
twassington
01-02-2016
About half an inch of butter followed by..............three guesses??
ChoccyCarole
01-02-2016

M m m m Marmite

I often like to add slices of cheese with that
With a mug of tea tooooooo

Would you ?
twassington
01-02-2016
I would if I were not trying to be good and lose a few pounds. Cheese is on rations at the moment Marmite however is virtually calorie free! It's the dieter's friend

If I want a wee bit of cheesiness I do a few grates of parmesan on my toast or on anything. Tonight in my jacket spud I will grate in a little bit.

I had a boiled egg and dippy toast soldiers for lunch...what was/is yours?
ChoccyCarole
01-02-2016
A few minutes ago I had a hard boiled egg *florette* Superfoood - leafy beetrooty salad

with a sliced tomato cucumber salad cream & dollopage of M&S lemon houmous

Used just half the bag of salad instead of the normal way of using the full bag
& For the first time ever I just used the ******egg yolk****** nestled on top of the houmous & delicious salad / which was £1-74 for the 120g bag. - I paid ust 19p
and just saw on myfitnesspal that the egg yolk was just 55cals

Very Good luck with your reductions
I often finely grate my wedge of Parmigiano-Reggiano parmesan cheese on things tooooooo
Got a big wedge for 19p

Do you have bright sunshine with some occasional loud blusteryness today ?
twassington
01-02-2016
No, I have greyness with blustery gusts and occasional dampings of drizzle. However I still went out and washed the car, because it was absolutely covered in filth....this happens living on a farm. The tractors pass and it's a dirt track which in wet weather is sloppy mud and in dry it is mud dust. So my clean car will only remain clean for about a day before a new coating of mud starts to appear......

Pistachios, salted or unsalted?
ChoccyCarole
01-02-2016
Salted

How often do you eat some actual nuts ?
twassington
01-02-2016
Maybe once or twice a week. If I remember to get any!

I still have festive nuts sitting in a dish with the nutcracker...the ones I am too weak and feeble to crack....does that happen to you?
ChoccyCarole
01-02-2016
I have not had festive nuts in shells for years
But I used to fi dsome hard to crack

Had no lap top since 18th January - I.may collect it later today
Do you use your kindle fire/ tab!et most of the time when you are @home ?
twassington
01-02-2016
No, I always use the laptop as I much prefer a proper keyboard. Plus I can have umpteen tabs open at once, and the Fire isn't too keen on that.

However the Fire is still a most useful little gadget considering how cheap it was!

How many ways can you access the internets?
ChoccyCarole
01-02-2016
When I collect my Laptop / maybe later today - I will have 3 options for the first time ever 👏yay !

Today is the First day for some time have not needed to use any hottie bottles or a scarf and wrist warmers or needed to use any blankies

Have you also had milder temperatures so far today ?
twassington
01-02-2016
It was very mild this morning, I was out without a coat, but this afternoon it feels cold. I've lit the fire early....

How many times a day do you check the news?
ChoccyCarole
01-02-2016
Probably every 15 - 30 minutes if I am on the internet
My daily routine is to pop I here and then The ** what are you eating ** threads
Then go through most of the online newspapers
Then back to chatter & food -

Then maybe I will look in CBB - a few times some days
and SOR in Soaps = [ Corrie's unrealistic content ] once every few days
& then :-
I will pop back to some of the Main Newspapers - Chatter & Food
& I often browse Ebay most days
with other things of interest all >>>>>>>> along the way

How about you ?
twassington
01-02-2016
I check news items on and off all day as well. Then I will watch C4 news at 7pm.

Do you work out in the morning of each day what you'll have for lunch and dinner, or just wing it as the day progresses?
ChoccyCarole
01-02-2016
I wing it - but I often have things in the fridge that **need to be consumed**
So I incorporate all those items - before anything spoils

Pre planning consumage of foods - Before eating them on ** my fitnesspal.com is a better way to keep on track **
By knowing up front if your calorie intake will stay within the 1-200 allowance

Calculating some meals / snacks after I have already eaten them
can be quite a shock sometimes

Do you think this too ?
twassington
01-02-2016
Yes, when I am using MFP you can keep track of everything that passes your lips. Currently I am just winging it cal wise

It is a very good tool but I sometimes struggle to find the time to log all the foods/drinks and work out the cal totals.

What will you have for dinner?
ChoccyCarole
01-02-2016
According to MFP it should only be ======== a total of about 280 Caories

Hopefully it will only entail a bag of salad
With several other things such as
some of the 2 x M&S Oakham Chickens [ both BARGAINS / bought for around £2 each ]
that I roasted yesterday with lots of veg

I do prefer to have as much Quantity as possible
- to make me feel more full & satisfied -
@ night time I often start having unstoppable foodie urges - that will take me well over my 1-200 cals
I could kick myself - but will often go back to the kitchen and get even more yummies

How about your food plans - for the remainder of the day ?
twassington
01-02-2016
One portion of Lidl frozen salmon, broccoli, corn on the cob and a jacket spud followed by chia seeds soaked in almond milk with a few blueberries and a dollop of yogurt.

Ever tried chia seeds?
ChoccyCarole
01-02-2016
Yes I have soaked Chai seeds then added them to some of my Nutribullet drinks since I bought it back in November 2014

If I go out for most of the day I can then really enjoy a big assorted dinner
I find these infrequent ** holding off days ** quite good
as I can then have a nice big and satisfying dinner and snacks too

Do you skip some of your daytime meals very often ?
twassington
01-02-2016
Not often, I likes me grub!!

I have tried very hard this year not to snack after dinner and in fact not eat at all from 7pm onwards. Do you eat or snack late?

ChoccyCarole
01-02-2016

I always drink tea from my tall silver thermal mug

Would you ever consider having 10 x 120 calorie snacks / meals
If you lost weight by doing it that way ?
