Not keen on bottled white asparagus. Fresh green is lush though!

Frozen peas or tinned mushies?

Frozen peas. Allegedly they're more nutritious than fresh ones. I remember shelling (and eating the contents of) pea pods as a young lad.

When checking stuff in the larder do you stick up two fingers at best before dates.

I take no notice of those. Rule of eye and nose! If it looks and smells OK I eats it

Fresh peas in the pod are delicious.....when young and small. Like bullets when old

Do you sniff the milk before pouring or just pour and hope for the best?

I think it was! Different family for sure but still good viewing. Always fascinating to see these glimpses of the past. Their home looked like how I remember my grandparents homes looking!!

Do you have a little stash of cash hidden for emergencies?

I typed out a nice big answer with reasons, then lost IC So Monet. End of!

Don't you feel cheated when your long winded response to a post gets lost in transit?

I have, as part of training courses when I worked at the council. We bonded far more in the tea breaks and lunches than during the course

There are such courses available through the Cat charity but these are optional so rather than trek all the way to Sussex for them I opt out. Not worth it for the free sandwiches

Do you weigh yourself regularly, once in a while or never?

Since Christmas yes. Since I last weighed myself [last week] doubtful.

Do you always weigh yourself stark naked before eating anything in the morning and preferably straight after having a No2?

Israel is more likely to make refugees. And if they did take in Syrian refugees, how well would they be received?

I like to think so

That made grim reading, but nothing in it surprised me. So little human charity!

How many lives will be wasted like this?

Between 600,000 and a million would you believe

I'm making it up though, call it an estimated guess

Would life be easier if you could do all communication by email??
