Awww Nate
missed this fashion question Sorry
Will accept your challenge shortly
( have now posted in >>>>>>>> what did you buy today ?

Yes onions on mine

Had one from a Liverpool City street cart vendor tasted good but ....... Never :Again

Sudden downpour here at the moment
( the print is so small on this 7" Kindle Fire - have noticed lots of missed spelling fumbles on some of my earlier posts
Some words have been the auto suggestions. That runs all along the top letters on this screen keyboard )

Have you got or had a sudden loud downpour ??

Don't really have any but I do own a lovely DKNY shirt that fits perfectly.

Have you ever derailed a thread with your inane banter.

Someone thought I was more than ten years youngerer than I am. Now I never thought I would ever think that was a compliment since I looked about 12 when I had my first child [I was 26] and couldn't get served in a pub til I was 30. But now I am an old git it is paying dividends

Mini twass and I have had an epic shoppage, finishing up with a charity shop trawl in which she struck the JACKPOT and got a beautiful virtually unworn military black coat in wool, a wool short very fitted plum coloured military jacket, a silk chinese patterned top, three evening cropped vest tops which were really beautiful, fitted like a glove and were £2 each and I got a dress in swirling shades of green and plum and brown, oh and she got a rust coloured jumper all for less than £30.

Absolutely knackered now having walked about since 9.30 this morning! What's your latest charity shop bargain?

Not the ones we went in. They had some lovely clothes, which is odd cos we trawled them yesterday with no luck at all. Someone very small had had a big chuck out of posh clothes and mini twass got the lot! She fits an 8/10 so they are tiny weeny but we were in the right place at the right time

Why pay more?

Grolsch.

Got the belt I always wear in a charity shop about three years back, really thick old leather belt, I think it will last many years. It was £2 We saw some lovely Grinder solid leather mens boots in the shop, also virtually unworn. Some dude is in for an amazing bargain!!

Trying to summon the energy to cook din dins. Anyone got any spare?

"Isn't that a biscuit?" he asks innocently.

Is it true that there is no English word that rhymes with orange?

According to a certain famous search engine, a sporange is "a very rare alternative form of sporangium (a botanical term for a part of a fern or similar plant)". Strangely enough I've never seen it in any Shakespeare quotation.

I quite like lemon cake. Do you?

We will hopefully see each other later in the year

Made a spicy veggie stew.....about to watch the new X Files! What are you doing right now?

Yesterday, we only have a mirror for shaving in our flat

I'm quite sad Mrs Teapot left, perhaps twass could persuade her to return

Do you own a fill length mirror??

Wouldn't you rather drink coffee??

Yes

Next time I speak to Mrs T I will ask her to visit this thread, but she rarely comes to DS these days.

THere is a full length mirror in my spare guest bedroom which I don;t often look in.

How often does Mrs S shave then, Nate??
