I remember it's existence, but never saw it.

When the no-doubt-coming-soon programme on gravitational waves appears on TV will you eagerly clear your social diary? I will.

I have had dealings with 'elf and safety. Does that count?

When shown all the discarded crutches on the walls at Lourdes, Anatole France was supposed to have said something along the lines of, "But where are all the wooden legs?" Do you feel sympathy with this attitude?

Nope, my wife was making brownies but she is doing that tomorrow now

In the spring of 2012, the farmer at Fremstafell in the north of Iceland attempted to dig out a boulder with the help of a friend. When their digger broke down as soon as it hit the stone, the friend suggested levelling the ground around it, leaving the stone alone to avoid further incident. This man had heard many stories of elves interrupting work at his former workplace.... the Icelandic Road Administration.

Did you hear that 150,000 penguins died??

I love history. And Richard III over Henry VII every time!

I got a B in European Political History at A Level. I'd far rather have studied medieval history......wouldn't you?

No, I never watch it unless mini twass is here, cos she's a fan. It's another manufactured telly show to me

Spring is most certainly on its way....all the buds, shoots and opening blooms confirm it! Is it me or has Winter not seemed so long this year?

No, it hasn't lasted so long this year. But then December was unusually warm.

Had you heard of Viola Beach before they died?

The Wedding Present, back when they were good. Gedge still has the most individual voices in music which will never be replicated in the 'safe' modern era of talent shows and product-placement

Do you remember them??

I don't think so, the cottage is nearly 200 years old and the plaster is coming away here and there. I could see previous occupants or the landlord has polyfilla'd it over and over....although these holes in the wall have been there over a year Still, I've got round to it now

How will I remember to keep clear of the wall for THAT long??
