It wouldn't do him any harm

Sorry to hear of the laptop woes Choccy. I hope it is fixable...I know you'd only just got it back!!

I ought to be out pinning up posters for our Cats event at the weekend but having been out on business all day so far, I can't be bovvered to go back out. Besides, emails need dealing with. Are you a procrastinator or a doer?

Thanks Twassy
Will visit the repair shop / [ again ] tomorrow - fingers crossed - and will collect that fitness DVD
and will use a voucher to get £3 off @ pets at home on a few big bags of Wood Pellet kitty litter

Some things get prompt attention /action
I tend to mostly procrastinate - like right now for instance
Got a Virgin Phone Technician due between 4pm & 7pm today
and I should get up as I MUST rejig >>>>>> several !!!!!! things in this room before then -

including moving the tables & the little set of drawers etc etc - to make space -
to then be able to Move >>>> my huge Mega heavy double ended recliner sofa etc away from the wall
[ Literally > A car is far easier to shift - than this extremely LARGE heavy sofa ]

Stuff has to all be moved > for the person to replace the Wall inlet **socket box** behind the sofa - as the wiring is faulty
and has been this way for about 4 months >>>>
despite me fixing it many times ~ over the years ~

The wires are very brittle now as they are over 15 years old -
Recently - Sometimes the phone will work
but most of the time I can't get any in coming calls - as the phone does not ring
I can't usually make outward calls - but once in a while I can - but the crackling is deafening

Do you nearly always give anythings that need - fixing - A go - yourself ??

[ edit -@2-45pm - I AM getting up now - to start on this - BIG Re - Jig -
So I have only got ------- just over an hour ------- to sort everything

Yes, I always try fixing stuff myself. My landlord is so lackadaisical if I report things needing doing it takes them about a year....in the meantime I mostly fix it myself

How many hot drinks do you have per day on average?

No, I think you'll find most people can't afford to booze all night. Plus it's not good for your liver

Do you know what your current cholesterol levels are?

I was interested to hear that poor band Violet Beach but I expect Years & Years album was that last thing to satisfy that itch!

Has it gone too far when you find yourself watch a trailer for the trailer to the movie itself!!

There's so much out there I can hardly blame you, especially as I've just watched something similar myself

Will you help Viola Beach get their posthumous No 1?

Probably not. Pleasant and jangly they may be but I got a sense that I had heard it before

Are 'the kids' ever gonna produce music to make us proud/disgusted at it's ingenuity??

I hope so. Things tend to go in cycles like everything in life and Nature. So it's long overdue for a new surge in musical real talent amongst the young. Lets have something really fresh and uplifting!!

Udon are the big thick white ones, aren't they? I love those! But then I love all noodles. The really thin glass like ones are also good. It's the texture not the flavour with noodles isn't it....I mean they taste of what you add but the texture is their own, right?

Never earlier than 10pm although I know several folks who will happily crash at 8 on occasion. If I did that I would be wide awake at 4am!

Did you watch the X Files?

Anchovies? On occasion, yes. But encased in Marmite would be a bridge too far.

The only thing allowed on chips should be a little salt and vinegar? Tomato ketchup - yechh! HP sauce - an abomination from the depths of hell!
