No, that's more likely to happen here on the farm....I've seen bees swarming many times!! Only thing to do is run indoors. I may have mentioned on this thread the time it happened when I had a white sheet on the washing line. It was covered in hundreds of blobs of yellow bee poo after the swarm

- Some Pairs were £2-80 a bag - I paid just 9p for each bag

A dinner plate sized Rhubarb pie
A Cherry Pie - ALL were reduced to 9p each

16 Assorted quality Large baker's Loaves / All expensive ones -
I paid just 9p each
One smaller wholemeal sliced loaf was just 2p

15 blocks of mature Orkney Cheddar - All reduced to 19p

Loads of bagged leafy salads - all 9p each

How do YOU make a good cup of tea, hmmm??

I usually pour a small amount of freshly boiled water into my thermal mug
then tip it out
pop in 1 hermesetas
1 tea bag
a heaped tea spoon of **convenient** dried milk powder
About 1 .5 tsps of tap water to mix the milk -
swirl the mug around to make it look like regular milk would look
Then from a height -/ raise the kettle High
then >>>>> swiftly top up the mug with very the **turbulated** boiling water

Stir this vigorously a few times - with a long spoon
then pluck the bag out and squeeze it well = usually with my fingers
if not - press the tea bag to the side of the mug with a tea spoon
then toss the hot dry tea bag into the steel bowl - ready to be put outside in the compost bin

Tea bag in cup, boiling water, tiny bit of milk and two sugars. The trick is in ensuring it is properly brewed with time and squeezing that tea bag until it almost pops!

Favourite coffee??

My all time fave was in Sydney - It was called ** International Roast **
and I regularly bought lots of those large 2.5 kg deep cans
I did not dare run out of it
In Sydney I also gound my coffee beans - at the supermarket
and would use our fabulous orange Breville electric percolator -
but that would keep you awake for Hours and hours !!!!

Nescafe became my coffee of choice in the UK
More recently Arabica is nice

For about 10 years now - I do not drink any coffee at home as it does not agree with me anymore
it makes me feel horribly nauseous and unsettled
I will have a coffee when I am out and about - as I still like the taste

I make my Yorkshire tea similarly to yourself Nate, only with no sugar. Let the bag stew for a good 3-5 mins then crush it ruthlessly against the side of the mug with a teaspoon to get all the brew out Just had a delicious cup of it

No, quite small, belongs to the landlord....I couldn't get much more in it. It's generally fine for one person though.
