Normally I'd go for The Orb but Moby did some great ambient stuff back in the day as did Aphex Twin

Do you listen to the radio when in the car??
twassington
24-03-2016
No, I play CDs. Currently Faithless.

Do you usually have headphones in when walking to listen to Ipod or similar?
ChoccyCarole

No never

I have been awake this morning - since the birdies all began singing
but the day has gone by sooooo quickly today -
and looks like it is starting to become dusk already
Same for you??

Pitch darkness, just how I like it

Favourite song by The Darkness??
twassington

Yes, that one about the ends of bells

Are UKIP no longer a force to be reckoned with?
EStaffs90

I reckon it'll all depend on what happens in June.

If we vote to leave the EU, how long will it take UKIP to disband?
silentNate
24-03-2016
Nope, they have already said they have other issues to tackle

twass - The problem with right-wing groups is just as you get rid of one another will pop up in it's place

Ever bet??
twassington

It has been known

Not for a while though.

Would you like a holibob living in a wild hut in the forest with no lecky, water, gas or any modern conveniences?
silentNate
24-03-2016
No. In fact... Hell NO!!

Ever go on one of them there 'all inclusive' holibobs??
twassington
24-03-2016
My Turkish holibobs were that sort. Until I went to Turkey, I had never experienced them. Brilliant idea!!

Would you drink your weight in alcowol every night?
silentNate
24-03-2016
In Turkey?? Probably not!

Really enjoyed my holibob in Turkey as a child. They didn't have tourists and seemed genuinely excited to meet 'foreigners' while had so much culture to dive in to. I loved haggling in the market and I loved visiting the mosques my pops wanted to see

Best country you have visited in terms of food?? Careful now

Turkey. No doubt about it. THeir use of so many vegetables and spices, the vast amounts of fruit and yogurts, the yummy nut pastries and breads and soups......the salads!!!! Lovely grub.

Would you prefer American food?
silentNate
24-03-2016
I prefer South of the Border but the food in both New York and California are both interesting and varied. The mixmatch of cultures goes beyond British food and produces exciting (yet fattening) results.

Can't help but feel you should have gone for food from Belgium though...

Why do you hate Belgian people so much??
twassington
24-03-2016
I don't think I've ever had any specifically Belgian food other than chocolate and chips and mayo I couldn't name a Belgian national dish.

Do you know any? Is it more like French food or German?
silentNate
24-03-2016
Moules frites, waffles, chocolate, cheese... FFS! You want more!!

I dated a Belgian goalkeeper once... ever dated anyone from the continent??
twassington
24-03-2016
A german girl had a thing for me when I was in my teens. I never told her I was straight as she sent me the most amazing home made German biskwits

I do love Moules frites. But I thought they were French

Ever had an electric shock?
silentNate
24-03-2016
Yeah, electrocuted myself on holibobs once... can't remember if it was Greece but it may have been Belgium

Ever touch an electric fence??
twassington
24-03-2016
No....and having watched Ren and Stimpy I know not to whizz on one either

Choccy just made a post in FB about Belgian food!! I liked it

About to go fetch mini twass from the station......do you like train journeys in the dark?

How old were you when this happened ?
silentNate

Probably 8 or 9... why??

I find it very strange a little boy was haggling in a bazar at that age, when my son was that age & in turkey all he wanted do do was learn to swim

I hardly even tried to haggle with them, this was 20yrs ago

Happy with my explanation ???
twassington
24-03-2016
I will leave Nate to answer that one.

Fetched mini twass [an expert haggler from a young age] and now she's in the bath washing London off. Can't say I blame her!

Late night drink....cocoa? Ovaltine? Milk? Tea?
silentNate
25-03-2016

Turkey has changed a lot over the years, when we went we didn't go to the beach and tourism was not really something they were prepared for. Different people do different things on holiday and I always found the bazaars fascinating, I'm guessing your son didn't visit any mosque either

What's for lunch??
