Clive Anderson or Clive James??
silentNate
28-03-2016
I loved Clive James growing up but I'm handing it to Anderson for two reasons and one of them is his interview with The Bee Gees

Do you remember that??
twassington
28-03-2016
No.....why was it memorable?
silentNate
28-03-2016
You can tell me!

I thought the questions were fairly tame

twassington
28-03-2016
Friend's fence blown down and smashed into her chicken coop....chooks were OK but they will need to do a lot of repairs today or the foxes will have them tonight

My bins were blown over but nothing else important really.

I'll check the Bee Gee link later, Nate.

Have you taken any of the winter bedding off your bed yet? Contemplating removing the second quilt!! It's nowhere near as cold at night this last week.
silentNate
28-03-2016
Not felt the need to change duvet yet

Do you take on other people's problems??
ChoccyCarole
28-03-2016
yes

There is show on TV on ITV2+1
The Nations Favourite Disney Songs - would not have out it on - but it is a lovely programme that will finish SOON @4pm

I only noticed it was on about 15 mins ago -- when I looked up and saw the section the cartoon of Lady and the Tramp was on - with the totally adorable doggies ♥♥♥♥♥

It shows lots of the film footage and photos - including old film footage of it being made and the wonderful singers and the many talented people who created these fabulous movies etc

The circle of life is on now
Luckily I just got my New TiVo - to record this show -
They are about to say ** Which SONG was voted number 1 **

Would you have enjoyed this show ??
twassington
28-03-2016
Had I known it was on, yes!

Just dropped mini twass at the station, watched the Bee Gee clip.....they should expect a bit of heckling ffs! Grow a pair, Bee Gees

Have a large steaming cuppa and the remnants of squelchy brownies. Are you partaking in anything?
ChoccyCarole
28-03-2016
Not right now
It sounds so yummy Twassy
Just had a ready meal - braised steak n mash on a nice bowl of salad

but will go and make a mug of tea now and consider eating some of my large selection of
blocks of choccy

I wish I knew it was coming on -
or that I saw it was - on much sooner - to let you know about it

I hope All the chickens are OK ♥ & the fencing gets fixed securely before tonight
I saw on Sunday Brunch yesterday that
You need all the Chicken enclosure fencing perimeters to be
Dug out and filled with ** concrete **
As Foxes DIG >>>>>>>> and then get into any enclosure

[ I also Hope you Aunt ♥ is ok ]

Happy Feet is Coming on ITV2 very soon then before 6-30pm Despicable me starts
Happy Feet is already on ITV2+1 till just after 6pm then Despicable me comes on

I have just put on Fat :-The fight of my Life on ch 160 = real lives
But may switch over & watch CDWM

It is mega sunny here & the garden is all illuminated

Would you have been able to get ITV2+1 on your TV ??
silentNate
28-03-2016
I believe we have it

My wife is watching an entire channel given over to bloody Brian Cox

Do you ever use the term 'plonk'??
twassington
28-03-2016
I call peeps plonkers if they are one!

I don't think I can get ITV2+1......just looked at tellybox progs and there is absolutely zilch on of any interest other than The Avengers Assemble, which although I've seen it before possibly twice, has eye candy in the form of Thor

I see there's a programme about the interior of Buckingham Palace. Who in their right mind would be interested in seeing that??
ChoccyCarole
28-03-2016
Not me Twassy

I have the yummy 6' Texan on my TV Nate - Jessie Pavelka
[ He looks a bit like the other guy Chris Powell who is the 5'6" guy on the **Obese** shows

The show I am watching / again is :-
Fat :- The fight of my life - Filmed in 2012
I know have seen this show twice before
where he is helping a large guy Geoff - in Scotland ?
with his very large supportive family - / on Virgin's 160

Do you often continue to watch a show - even though you know you have seen it before ??
twassington
28-03-2016
If it was good it is worth seeing twice! Not put the tellybox on yet today and judging by what's on, it may not go on at all!!!

Do you have a Netflix or similar account?
ChoccyCarole
28-03-2016
No - I have nothing like that

Just my Virgin Media TV Package
I recently rang to reduce the cost of my Package
As I was shocked to see that I had the Expensive XL TV Package
Ever since I rang in about 2009 - to ask about this new HD ready TV I had got as a gift -
Since April 2009 - I HAVE BEEN PAYING the XL Price

The lower price Smaller TV package & removing the HD bit - has allowed me to also get a New TiVo box which is Fab /
You can pause ANY Programme and record umpteen shows and it then Automatically records the whole series for you
You can rewind - or pause or stop - anytime -
even on Shows that are being televised for the first showing - not just on recorded shows
You can do slow mo on any show too - Live or old -
This TiVo box is all very modern for me - as a Virgin customer -
I was so surprised when she said the lower price TV package included this
TiVo box too

I know my Sis has had this pause - stop - record -slo mo - abilities for a couple of years with her BT TV service

Do you have anything like Netflix etc ?? -
silentNate
28-03-2016
Nope.

Is the news ignoring the fact that the Syrian Army are destroying Daesh??
twassington
28-03-2016
That's GOOD news surely, why aren't they making banner headlines of it?
silentNate
28-03-2016
Dunno, perhaps the source is dodgy

Trump or Putin??
twassington
28-03-2016
Crap, what a choice!! Both equally vile individuals.

Bowwis or Farage?
silentNate
28-03-2016
Oh gawd, Bowis I guess. Truly the lesser of two evils

Last time you had BBQ food??
twassington
28-03-2016
Sometime last summer I guess.

What's your fave thing to have barbied? I think mine would be sardines
silentNate
