If I'm a geek, you're a nerd!!

What's the difference between a geek and a nerd?

I've not wielded a real sword but I have done fencing. I put a lovely timber slat one up around my garden.

I'm very good with the bow and arrow though.

Geeks aspire to be nerds.

Have you ever hit a bullseye.

Archery?? I've hit a bullseye but it was a fluke!

That sport is hard on the shoulders

Are you sensitive or do you have broad shoulders??

I'm a tough cookie. Life has made me thus.

When the shit hits the fan are you a coper or a moper?

That's a tricky one because it's usually someone elses sh1t that hits the fan and I have to deal with it. So I suppose i'm a coper.

When the sh1t hits the fan do you clean the fan or buy a new one.

Nah, our cats love fireworks... they jump around staring out the window trying to swat them!

For sure!

I'm watching the new series of Les Revenants which DIL had taped for me while I was in Turkey....still the most brooding, atmospheric and downright creepy thing on the tellybox.

Have you been watching the new series? First episode seen, two to go!!

Not seen it yet but will probably catch up once I get the chance

Sleepy - I'd love to see them renationalised and wiping out the fat cats along with their greedy shareholders

Are you politically minded??

No, I'm a more left-wing thinker

Will you be getting Adele's new album or will you just listen to it in cafes??

Cafe's will do

Left is the only way forward. I think this may actually be dawning on the slightly more aware of the electorate. Especially the floating middle class voter who ended up voting Tory

Do not miss The Returned! It's awesome! And the photography is something else, just like in the first series.

I had a little trouble remembering everything from Series one, do you recall it all?

No, in fact I haven't heard as many as we do most years round here. I expect there will be more over the weekend though. There was a big firework display on at a local park last night, but I was suprised it went ahead as it was raining.

When you were little did you used to have a bag of fireworks and keep looking at them lovingly in the days leading up to firework night?
