No, I'll be dead innit! Not my problem

Although I don't want my kids to be saddled with it How much does it cost to be put in a cardboard box, burnt and scattered anyway?
ChoccyCarole

I don't know

awwww just read that Ronnie Corbett died today aged 85
Did you know already ??
twassington
31-03-2016
I had just read it having picked up the lappy some 15 minutes ago Still, he lived to a ripe old age. Thanks for all the laughs Ronnie.

Hasn't it been a terrible few months for celebrity deaths?

I guess, Cliff is still carrying on however so all is good

twass - You should contact the Natural Death Centre who can advise on cheap and biodegradable coffins as well as areas of natural beauty where you can be buried under a tree

Last time you scoffed too many luxury doughnuts??
ChoccyCarole
31-03-2016
a few months ago

I had some warmed with hot custard too

Ever tried that ??
silentNate
31-03-2016
I prefer American round doughnuts straight from the fryer with sugar

I love custard but on this occasion I will pass

Doughnut with custard filling or with jam??
twassington
31-03-2016
No, I've only ever eaten jam doughnuts on their own. Only once tried a posh doughnut, didn't like it much. THe best ones are sold freshly made from little stalls at the seaside or the fair!

I only want to be scattered in the woods here, where I scattered Mum. It would be nice for some of the ashes to be scattered on Splint's woodland grave but hopefully by then his tree and the surrounding ones will be so tall, no trace of his grave will remain. I was wondering.....I've said virtually all of me that can be used to donate to other people can be harvested. Wouldn't it be a fair exchange for the hospital to cremate the rest of me and hand it back in a cardboard box? If hospitals offered that I bet a lot more folk would sign the organ donor register. I'm a cheapskate even in death

Good plan or not possible?
Picto
31-03-2016
Sounds like a brilliant idea. I will be round tonight to harvest some of your organs. That sounded a lot ruder than it was meant to.

Do you have any more 'after death' money saving ideas?
silentNate

Save on the reception by not having friends

Are Krispy Kreme too sweet??
ChoccyCarole
31-03-2016
yes I think they are too sweet

That is a good idea Twassy - if you want to be cremated

I am about to hang my washing outside in the all day sunshine

Last time you hung yours outside ??
&
Have you ever - never or often >>>>>> left it out overnight ??
twassington
31-03-2016
I hung mine out this morning! Never left it out overnight that I can remember. It would get shat on by insects and birds here In London the rain and dew were mucky....things got dirty left too long on the line.

My son's neighbour once left a dressing gown on the line for over three months We would comment about it still being there

I'm still using my organs, Picto! You'll just have to wait til I cark it

Who's got the kettle on?
hooter
31-03-2016
just made me turmeric concoction..you is welcome to a slurp of that......want some?
twassington
31-03-2016
Well, it would be good for me, but it won't taste nice

Donald Trump has now said women who have abortions should be punished.

Would you like to punish Donald Trump?
silentNate
31-03-2016
Yes! btw Trump said that women caught having 'illegal' abortions would be punished... suggesting they would overturn Roe Vs Wade

Carole - Once or twice left it out at night when I lived in Wiltshire

Ever own a tumble dryer??
twassington
31-03-2016
There was one in the flat I moved into when I first left ex Mr Twass, but we never used it as I was being careful of the lecky. In winter for treats mini twass and I would nuke our bath towels in it for a minute when we got out of the bath

There was a dishwasher in it too, never used that either for the same reason. I stored cereal packets and noodles in it instead

Do you have a dishwasher?
silentNate
31-03-2016
Yeah, the dishwasher is me

Do you use Economy 7 ??
twassington
31-03-2016
I do indeedy. This is how in summer I manage a lecky bill of less than £20 a month, some months.

Do you always phone in your meter readings at the end of the month? I did mine this morning
hooter
31-03-2016
