Nate - I watched The first Episode [ of 8 eps ] of ** Marccella ** on Catch up TV last night
It is strangely compelling and some unexpected things happened which was very different from other detective shows - that I have watched in the past
The acting and directing ALL seems very good
with many subtle expressions and actions - and good camera angles & settings
- it is all very well done in my opinion -

Will you try and watch it -??-
&
What would be your ** Start to Finish menu **
- that you would love to have - ♥ -
- on a romantic or very special night out ??
silentNate

Salt & peppered squid for starts, Mexican platter for main and tiramisu for pud

Picto - I remember the premise but never saw it. Apparently it comes up a lot as one of those shows cancelled before it's time

Ever watch Dead LIke Me??
Picto
07-04-2016
No.

The show that epitomises 'cancelled before it's time' to me is Firefly.

What's your CBIT show.
silentNate

East Enders! Not that I've ever watched it but it sounds like poo

Why is ripping up nettles so very satisfying? Just spent a lovely hour [much longer than intended] in the garden doing just that. The buggers are lying everywhere expiring now. Die you stingy barstewards!!!

Are you a nature lover?
silentNate
07-04-2016
I am

Do you like skyscrapers??
twassington
07-04-2016
No. They are abominations

If you forget something you meant to get at the shops, do you go back out for it or let it wait til you next shop?
silentNate
07-04-2016
Depends on whether I have got my trainers and jacket off... if I haven't then I tend to go straight out again

You??
twassington
07-04-2016
It's a long way to my shops. It waits

Do you love the smell of your fingers after you've picked fresh herbs? [I am cooking for later!]

Yes, thyme is very nice.

Ever tried the dried, vacuum packed eco friendly compost from Home Bargains??
(69p, in a rectangular block, made from coconut husks, you add 3 litres of water to it & you get 10 litres of moist compost)
twassington
07-04-2016
Wow! I'm going in there to get some. That sounds fab and far easier than lugging enormous bags of the stuff home. I need lots of compost! Home Bargains here I come

I often shop in there due to the many amazing cheapo products. Home Bargains and B&M are both very good! I rarely go in B&Q though as it is too expensive. Do you shop there?
farmer bob
07-04-2016
Only if we can't get an item elsewhere.
*I'm using this compost for wee tomato plants & they're booming *

Plum or cherry tomatoes??
silentNate
07-04-2016
Cherry, slow roasted!

twass - Oh yes, that is what I like about the herb garden at work

Ages since I was there @ H&B Bob - but it sounds really good

Thanks for the tip x

Mmmmm - Mint - Nate
But of course all herbs are fabulous - I popped my latest pot of thyme out yesterday to get some sunshine --
thyme mint parsley - rosemary and tomato leaves are always soooo lushhhh

Maybe the Last time I was a Sis's I had a good 3-4 hour session of
over run weed and nettle clearance in her canal edged garden
My poor lovely little Irish Blue Staffie -- Rosie - always loves to help with any sort of gardening -
but when we came back inside you could tell that day - that she'd got
** Nettle-Bumby **
