I did exactly the same as you. Trod on a rusty nail that was stuck in a plank. The nail went straight through my foot and I needed a tetanus and antibiotics. My foot swelled to double its size.

In a pan with a dollop of butter and a wee sploosh of milk added.

Dollop of butter, dead hot pan and constantly stirring with just a drop of milk to the mixture and chilled in fridge prior to cooking.
