Yes, they are very slippy. I've nearly slipped up on one in the past.
Did you know the inner peel of a banana is said to cure warts?

And as a random aside, you have constabularies for South Yorkshire, North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire. Is there no East Yorkshire ?

Yorkshire has Ridings, in terms of regions, and yes it has an East Riding or just East Yorkshire.
Have you ever filled cold yorkshire puds with cream and jam?

I just saw that East Yorkshire / Ridings - info
/ on google ![]() I recently told a young girl about trying the inner flesh of a banana skin to see if it helps remove several small warts on her fingers Years ago my Lebanese B/f used a well known and brilliant old remedy using some simple kitchen ingredients [ I also made up a small pot to give the girl to try ] Within 2 days my nuisance and unsightly wart that I'd had on the middle section of my / left hand's middle finger / palm side / for about 5 or more years When I removed the plasters - It had ** completely gone in about 1 or 2 days** I vaguely recall it involved lemon juice vinegar and maybe sugar or salt ?? then he put a blob of this paste >>>>>>>>> smothered generously all over the big old wart then keeping it snuggly wrapped for about 24 hours The wart was completely gone and all that was visible was ![]() just a small circular area of - new pink smooth skin - where it this wart had been No I have never filled a yorkie with that filling ![]() have you tried it ?? |

I have always loved hazelnut yoghurts since taking one in each day to have for my school lunches in NZ
MMMM all fruity yoghurts are fabulous Strawberry - Raspberry - Peach - Lemon or Black currant - are always deelish I do sometimes add a yummy jam or puree or fruity sauce and sometimes I add various nuts / and / or / fruits / oats - honey etc I turn my yoghurts upside when I store them in the fridge apparently turning them upside down makes the yoghurts - airtight - Edit = It sounds ridiculous but what happens is that you create a vacuum at the top of the container and it helps to reduce the bacterial growth so it doesn't go off as quickly. Just make sure you have a tight-fitting lid or you could end up with a bit of a mess Will you try it ?? |

Unfortunately I can see a flaw in the vacuum argument. For this to work the yoghurt is going to have to fall down as a solid plug and drive the air from the container. But, as you say, you need a tight-fitting lid to prevent a horrible mess. In which case I'd say what probably happens is that the air rises along the inside surfaces of the jar so that it ends up at the top.
Have you ever made your own yoghurt? |

Three slices of a small loaf. One with half a tin of mackerel and a slice of cheese on, grilled, one with half a small avocado on, and one with raspberry jam.
How much bread have you had? |

A slice of toast for breakfast.
Having pressure washed the patio yesterday (and knackered myself), I christened it by having lunch out there today. Do you like al fresco dining? |
