Again I will have :-
A simple quick mix of a parsnip carrot onion - A red and a green capsicum celery & 200g slim pasta Spaghetti mix
ALL added to heat up in the Wokky
WITH a full 600g carton of Covent Garden's Maris Piper n Leek soup
[ Were £2 - I paid 29p / got 8 cartons - so lately I have made this combo each day ]
With :- yummy Berbere spice - Oxo shaker Tikka seasoning salt n pepper and some hot chilli flakes
Would have added lots of savoy cabbage if I had any left - to make it even more filling

Towards the end of the heating - I will add lots of Asda's frozen green runner beans will top the bowl of the above with lots of cherry and baby plum tomato wedges
Enough for 3 or 4 nice big *Sistema* bowls today or tomorrow
Then I will add some blue dragon Duoc dipping sauce
and maybe a few chunks of Danish blue cheese melted into it

How about you ??

Leftover prawn salad and two slices of toast, one with PB and the other with marmalade

Now I am wondering whether to have real tea or mint tea......which would you have?

No
I think I will be watching part 4 of Marcella with Anna Friel

My bad habit I would like to STOP
>> is eating one thing after another >> especially in the evenings
even though I am not actually hungry and I know that I don't need to eat that much - and the scales would show much better results
- the next day - if I could at least stop much sooner - than I do

ANY more things you would stop if you could ??

Being nicer : rolleyes:

twass - Could have watched it this morning but will see it with my wife later though I suspect she will have seen it on the sly by now as her guild might have spoilt it otherwise

Spoiled or spoilt??

Because everyone can **** up once in a while, no matter how great they are

I think being nice to horrible peeps is quite a good way to shame them into silence....assuming they've ANY sort of conscience. Which not everyone has

Been to BHS for possible bargains?

Nah, might do tomorrow though. Seems wrong to be going before staff know what is happening with their jobs

At least I did shop there in the last 6 months as they did great thermal tops

You gonna be tempted??

I'll probably wait until Friday, as I get paid then.

Team Cap or Team Iron Man?

Iron Man!

The Canterbury BHS shut about two years ago. We have a whopping Primani instead now. No idea where the nearest store is, but too far to trek there on the offchance of a bargain. I just hope the pension pot for the staff gets sorted out

As you say, seems a bit heartless before staff know their fate

Do you consider your job relatively secure or not secure at all?

Not secure

EStaff - Cap. Only because I know the plot of the original comic books

Can you think of any examples where the film was better than the book??

I am having no luck getting that compost FB. I think everyone else beats me to it

Do you shizz up cheap beans with ketchup, chilli sauce and extra pepper?

Nah, I only eat Heinz Pepper & hot sauce is good on everything, right??

Country Range produce loads of stuff used by canteens and restaurants, even their puddings can't be avoided
