Mostly full, with bread, frozen veg, fish and smaller quantities of meat like bacon and chorizo.

Well done Leicester! Does this mean NAKED GARY LINEKER??

There is clearly a LOT of work to be done in the movie industry

Since going to Asda @ Widnes on Saturday night My freezer is full to the brim Again -
with stacks of assorted bargains - lots of ready meals - foods for me & my pets -
I have no space for any Bread in there - or any veg

Can you feel the bright warm sunshine today ??

Yes, it's glorious! Have been out trying to strim down the worst of the knee high grasses. Also just took my humane meece trap halfway to the next village and let go the little beggar who has been in and out of the house the past couple of days. He ran off into the green fields.

I just had hummus and cucumber and now two slices of toast await....what should I put on them, marmite or peanut butter?

Everywhere i went yesterday, the traffic was horrendous. I gave up in the end.

Why is the traffic so bad on a Bank Holiday.
ChoccyCarole
03-05-2016
I presume they all want to go visiting or to go somewhere nice especially if the weather is good

Yesterday I ate at least 4-000 Calories
Half way through the day - I just thought - Blow it - and then I ate even more - with gay abandon
Do you have days like that ??
Picto
03-05-2016
Yes.

Who is Gay Abandon? Is she a friend of yours?
twassington
03-05-2016
Oh yes, we all do!! I mostly have no idea how many cals I have had, unless I am dieting using MyFitnessPal.

I will have burned off a good few cals today toiling in the garden. Just as well since I look a trifle more portly than I should

About to throw together a bolognese sauce. How often do you have spag bol for dinner?
ChoccyCarole
03-05-2016
Not very often
But - Last week on Monday after I had taken my friend > to a few places
Afterwards - when we got back to her house - she began making some
Later that afternoon - she brought me over A Big Yummy Bowl Full

Gay Abandon - visits me once in a while - Including the day above ^^^^

According to MyFitnessPal -Today- I am
Already >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 124 calories OVER my daily allowance
of 1-200 calories

How often do you have Spag Bol ??
twassington
03-05-2016
A few times per month. A friend is on a strict diet, so this coming weekend while I am at hers we will have Christmas Bolognese [made with turkey ] on courgette spiralised spaghetti. Very low cal.

Do you think she will let me have cheese on mine?
Picto
03-05-2016
Of course. You are eating all her cheese so that she doesn't get tempted.

Does cheese go with anything.
twassington
03-05-2016
Yus. It goes with EVERYTHING. Cheese rules the universe!

Cauliflower cheese without cheese would be very bland indeed and far too cauliflowery. Agreed?
Picto
03-05-2016
Yes.

Mac & Cheese just wouldn't be the same. Would it?
twassington
03-05-2016
It really wouldn't! WIthout that roof of the mouth blistering thatch of golden bubbling cheese it would just be tubes and white stuff.

Would Welsh Rarebit founder without it?
Picto
03-05-2016
It would just be basically toast and not rare at all.

What would happen to lasagne without cheese?
silentNate
03-05-2016
It wouldn't be as nice.

Do you put courgette in your lasagne??
twassington
03-05-2016
You can used sliced courgette instead of pasta. Less fattening

Would you try that?
silentNate
03-05-2016
Oh yes... my wife can't stand courgette however

Will Lineker keep his pants promise??
