Yes, it's glorious! Have been out trying to strim down the worst of the knee high grasses. Also just took my humane meece trap halfway to the next village and let go the little beggar who has been in and out of the house the past couple of days. He ran off into the green fields.

I just had hummus and cucumber and now two slices of toast await....what should I put on them, marmite or peanut butter?

Everywhere i went yesterday, the traffic was horrendous. I gave up in the end.

Why is the traffic so bad on a Bank Holiday.

I presume they all want to go visiting or to go somewhere nice especially if the weather is good

Yesterday I ate at least 4-000 Calories
Half way through the day - I just thought - Blow it - and then I ate even more - with gay abandon
Do you have days like that ??

Oh yes, we all do!! I mostly have no idea how many cals I have had, unless I am dieting using MyFitnessPal.

I will have burned off a good few cals today toiling in the garden. Just as well since I look a trifle more portly than I should

About to throw together a bolognese sauce. How often do you have spag bol for dinner?

Not very often
But - Last week on Monday after I had taken my friend > to a few places
Afterwards - when we got back to her house - she began making some
Later that afternoon - she brought me over A Big Yummy Bowl Full

Gay Abandon - visits me once in a while - Including the day above ^^^^

According to MyFitnessPal -Today- I am
Already >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 124 calories OVER my daily allowance
of 1-200 calories

How often do you have Spag Bol ??

A few times per month. A friend is on a strict diet, so this coming weekend while I am at hers we will have Christmas Bolognese [made with turkey ] on courgette spiralised spaghetti. Very low cal.

Do you think she will let me have cheese on mine?

Of course. You are eating all her cheese so that she doesn't get tempted.

Does cheese go with anything.

Yus. It goes with EVERYTHING. Cheese rules the universe!

Cauliflower cheese without cheese would be very bland indeed and far too cauliflowery. Agreed?

It really wouldn't! WIthout that roof of the mouth blistering thatch of golden bubbling cheese it would just be tubes and white stuff.

Would Welsh Rarebit founder without it?

It would just be basically toast and not rare at all.

What would happen to lasagne without cheese?

Would you try that?
