Never owned any. That was quite late, tans.....I think I learned at about the age of six. There were no such fancy things as stabilisers then. You just had to get on with it

Yes, out of some old pushchair wheels, roller skates and a wooden box. No brakes, steering of the most rudimentary sort, accidents guaranteed.
