No not seen them

I would be quite pleased to lose 1 stone :- to get back to my weight in 2015

awww Nate re:- your Hip

Floating in the water and just using your arms - may work for you
even 1 hour >> once a fortnight - or just now and again >> - could be an option

Today I did a whole length - just using my arms - in a sitting type position
I will often do a length floating on my back >>>>>> & just using my arms

Last time you had a lollie ice - on a stick ??

quite a number of years ago - could be at least over 10 years ago

For years [ Since 2004 - till about 2010 - I used to order all my food shopping online - from Sains
I did have a phase of ordering those boxes of Magnums or their own brand choccy coated ice creams on a stick - -

Do you shop for groceries online often - sometimes -or- never ??

You should never use cotton buds! Nothing bigger than your little finger should go in your ear!!

Have you tried ear drops or olive oil to get the wax out??

Slightly warmed. So boil water and dunk the olive oil until warm (test on skin). Insert olive oli in ear and put cotton wool in ear. Balance by lying down with affected ear up for five minutes then down for five minutes to encourage the oil to sink in and the come out

I never want to see gin again! Or rum. Or funny coloured shots. Or cider. Well, not for a couple of days

Oh man. I'm the cleanest I've been in four days......it's bliss......but the festival was worth it

How long have you been without a proper wash?
