I actually can't remember

The body older than head theory is the one mini twass suggested when I did my back in climbing on the garden table to prune the roses. Not my greatest idea ever. I guess she's right and I ought to think a little more before behaving like an adolescent antelope, especially as I live alone in a remote area

Do you send food back if out, if it's cold or not cooked properly, or just suck it up?
silentNate
26-06-2016
No, I'm too much of a wimp to do that sending food back thing

How often do you eat out for that to happen??
twassington
26-06-2016
More often than I used to but I've never sent anything back. I just cringe if anyone I am with does it Plus I mostly eat in cheap cafes and pubs not posh restaurants!

What do you think of the chemtrails issue?
tanstaafl
26-06-2016
What issue? It's the usual load of conspiracy bullshit, is it not?

There have been some real conspiracies. Can you name one?
silentNate
26-06-2016
Who shot JFK. I have no truck with conspiracies really, politicians get away with too much for us to be allowed to be distracted by such things

Is technology tiresome sometimes?
twassington
27-06-2016
Very. I struggle to post with me Kindle Fire. The lappy is much easier although the battery has died and now it only works when plugged into the mains.

Does this mean the whole lappy will die soon, power or not?
tanstaafl

Personally, I'd say no. You could try googling on "<computer model> manual". Unless it's some obscure North Korean model you're almost certain to find a downloadable manual. It's my default mode for this type of problem.

I'm still on Windows 7. Am I heading for digital death?
Picto
27-06-2016
(Twass) Not necessarily. I've had a 'plugged into the mains' laptop that lasted for years. It's just a pain when you have to move the laptop. You have to run like hell to reach the next plug socket in time before it shuts down.

However, you had better remove those compromising photos from your laptop just in case it needs to go in for repair.

Windows 7, ah the good old days. Digital death imminent.

How tired are you today on a scale of one to ten. (ten being absolutely knackered).
