I think I woke @ 3-45am and could't get back to sleep -
been watching tv since then
I have been up since about 4-15am
and feel a little bit drowsy right now

Have already had 2 breakfasts
4-30am I had :-
1 full Papaya with 1 large navel orange & a mug of tea

Then @ about 9-20am I had
1 tiger bread bun
with a sizzled duck egg / s&p
2 cherry tomatoes
1/4 of a gem lettuce
& 2" of sliced cucumber with a mug of Assam tea

I am hoping to fix the broken hanging basket iron thing to the wall with some rawl plugs I got in B&M. It fell off onto my bonce quite unexpectedly yesterday while I was watering it. This may involve climbing on stuff. You would think I'd learned my lesson from last week regards that wouldn't you?

I work for Cats Protection, tans I don't own a drill or even many tools. There are holes in the wall already.....I've done a botch job because clearly the rawl plugs weren't the right ones. Plus I put the darn thing up upside down

Still hung the basket off it. It's wobbly and there's high winds. Watch this space
