Toast and marmite are the food of the gods hoots. Bugger rice pud [although that's nice too] but marmite is the true Ambrosia!

Are you good at waffling? Just finished me report for the quarterly Cat magazine

I have got a Victorian silver teapot which I inherited from an elderly Aunt when I was married but I have no idea if it's worth anything or is rare. Actually not entirely sure where it is

So.....another Iron Lady in the form of May, or the teacher destroying Gove?

Yes and I will again!

It's a very strait laced Teapot. Although it's not full of tea, it's full of wine

Crabb is despicable. I can't imagine anyone voting for him It is being suggested that the Labour Party might split, so the Blairite right can form their own little party. Good luck with that What's a good name for them? Really Really New Labour?

It's possible my grandfather came through it alive. He came through the war unscathed and was only a Tommy. His pals used to touch his shoulder for luck before going over the top because he never got so much as a scratch However he would only have fought in the last two years, being too young in 1914 to enlist.

Did you make dens as a child?

Delete courage and tenacity and insert obstinateness.

Do you feel that wives should be banned from sending emails to their husbands?

I doubt any of that was accidental

Well, I am off to London in a couple of hours for various shenanigans Not looking like great weather at all

There was a sudden power cut here last night, all the cottages around had no lights.....luckily I could remember where my phone was for a light source. Do you keep torches handy in case of power outs?

I just couldn't vote for someone who looked like Penfold from Dangermouse.

Did you know the hole in the ozone layer is starting to heal?

I had literally just read that It is cautiously good news indeed!

Penfold No, the Penfolds of this world are not really cut out for leadership

But would Dangermouse do any better?

Hard to say.

Where is your favourite area of the country to vote the opposite way to yourself in the EU referendum?

I did once, but it's gorn, gorn.

If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Words of wisdom or a load of pretentious bullshit?

Yes, as long as you're the one holding the nails.

Have you ever used a screwdriver for something that it was definitely not designed for and damaged it beyond repair?
