I swear the packs are getting smaller

Speaking to my neighbour earlier he confessed to taking an afternoon nap every day. I was quite surprised and rather saucily asked how old he was. Turns out, he's a few months younger than me. He thought I was only in me early forties I'm not in nap territory yet...but then I can do 8 hours at night.

What do you average a night for sleep?

depends which night it is...last night about 3..the night before..8...the night before that , can`t remember, prolly 6 or 7
me knackeredness is due to me health problems..which are significant...unfortunately

Sorry to hear of your health problems What a pain it is for you being ill. Hopefully there are times when you gets a reprieve from it all.

Been there done that etc

I wanted to watch the final of the Sewing Bee last night...fell asleep, woke up to see the end and then couldn't get to sleep till about 4 this morning.

That's okay if you can have a lay in, but not any good if family are arriving at 9 30am

Recipes for a good nights kip?

Of course I wouldn't.

Fiend is right for FB. Now there's something that's toxic!

Why should Google be my friend when I have other friends to tell me stuff?

What is the preferred colour of your toast, which can vary from just off white to cabonised beyond any hope of resuscitation?
