Heat always fatigues

How the hell did the US police shoot an unarmed therapist escorting a client while lying on the ground with his hands in the air stating, 'don't shoot me'?? Three times??

Trigger happy I guess. I think he needs to go on gardening leave or something. A danger to the public

Ever been stung by a jellyfish?
silentNate

Did you or someone-else pee on the area stung??

I have and my son obliged. It didn't really help though

Ever read Revelations of Divine Love by Julian of Norwich?
silentNate
23-07-2016
No, saw a documentary about it recently though. Is it not being repeated on BBC4

Would you be watching a repeat perchance??
twassington
23-07-2016
I was! And it was most fascinating.

Why is Saturday night TV on the usual channels always so appalling?
silentNate
23-07-2016
Dunno, I'm enjoying Garfield's turn as The Amazing Spiderman

Ever been a victim of workplace bullying??
twassington
23-07-2016
I haven't, I had a formidable female boss once who tried it but failed, although she managed it with enough others She discovered more than once that I wasn't the person to try that on

Going to watch Keith Richards early life on Beeb 2?
silentNate
23-07-2016
Might catch a repeat, watching Amazing Spiderman at the moment

Do you reckon he snorted his father's ashes??
twassington
23-07-2016

Will they ever try to bring that back?
silentNate
23-07-2016
I doubt it, only in Theresa's fantasies

Seen anyone playing Pokemon Go yet??
twassington
23-07-2016
Yes, everyone's at it! Did you hear there was a Pokemon in Auschwitz??
silentNate

Would you buy a house in West Scotland??
twassington

My first reaction was ooh, yes I would, wild and remote......then I thought of the climate and the midges in summer. Maybe not

My son told me about the Pokemon, they've been linked to a lot of public buildings like old churches etc but in some instances less than suitable buildings got used There have been a few inappropriate ones!

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...creatures.html

Have you played it?
silentNate
24-07-2016
I don't own a smartphone so cannot play it and have no inclination to. I did play the original Pokemon on a flight to the US however

90s style?

I've been to a Dogs Trust event with son, DIL and the little doglets. Great fun in the sun, tons of lovely dogs to stroke and meet, I won a litre of sherry on the tombola and a bag of dog chews on another stall. Also bought the dogs a dog friendly cake treat each which they loved. Loads of people there with their dogs!

I WANT ONE!!!!!!!!!

Wouldn't you at a place like that with lots of dogs needing a new home?
silentNate
24-07-2016
Of course

Dogs still smell though

Would you attend obedience training??
twassington
24-07-2016
Yes, fun for me and the dog. Unless it was a very old dog like one that was there, a 12 year old beagle. I wanted her. The only thing wrong with my lovely cottage is the non pet wanting landlords. I admit the garden would be unsafe for a dog though, no way to secure it entirely

How many times a day do you check on the news?
tanstaafl
24-07-2016
As my home page is BBC News, quite often.

What is your home page?
twassington

Firefox startup.

I no longer read BBC news. Only Channel 4 news or Independent News. At least there's a bit more chance of those being accurate

When did you last take a photograph?
silentNate
24-07-2016
Can't remember, it was probably a photo of work needing doing to send to a workman though

Check the news way too much - probs 10 to 20 times a day
