Yesterday in the walk in centre. I didn't see the reading and they didn't tell me, just said it was elevated. But I was stressed!

Is modern life the cause of high BP?

How often do you sleep much longer than usual?

Not often. But then, no longer being gainfully employed means that "usual" is a pretty elastic concept.

Which normally wins, the call of nature or the overwhelming desire to remain in a warm, comfortable bed?

Had very pleasant evening with the old school pal and her husband, they are still abed ...... my fish pie went down a treat And the orange and almond cake! Unfortunately being crippled currently I won't be able to yomp around the delights of Canterbury with them today.....but them's the breaks.

Um....not sure is the answer! I know it's all changed a bit since Brexit. If my friend from France was here I would ask her, but since I am a crock I've had to stay at home while they go orf shopping and whathaveyou. Blooming nuisance it is. However I have managed to get some nicer sandals on as I was only able to hop about in the gardening ones before.....not sure if it's progress or wot!

What's for lunch?
