I found this out when I applied for the credit card after leaving Mr Twass. Not having any credit record, they were not very keen, and I only have a £500 limit Well it means I can't go mad!

Only when playing the game Town of Salem

Do you believe in karma??
tanstaafl
15-08-2016
Not really. It's like Christian divine providence. People will quote all the examples which fit in with these beliefs but conveniently ignore those that don't. Bottom line: things happen.

But what about Kama Sutra?

Seems exotic but actually quite dull, sorry

England doesn't have a national anthem. I find it hard not to stand for the US anthem however... probably fear that my uncle will give me a boot up the ass!

Are your family patriotic??
twassington
16-08-2016
Not in the little England Queen and country sense. But I love Britain and am very proud to be British even though I'd abolish the monarchy and get rid of Trident etc. Not a big fan of flags, they've been misused imho.

Boiling day here, are you simmering gently in your own gravy?
hooter

G'wan, hoots! Great bargains...I could do with a garden chair pad, mice have chewed the one I have. I keep meaning to sew a patch over it, I got an old vest ready and waiting for the job, never get round to it. Every time we use it, a trail of foam stuffing bits falls out over the garden

Trying not to spend anything much this week as need to take spends to the festival, for noms and drink. We will take a bit ourselves for the tent but both being a bit crippled, the less we have to lug about the better.
