If exactly the same job is being done, and the man and woman have the same qualifications etc, of course they should be paid the same. However if one or the other does a better job and has better qualifications I see no reason why that person shouldn't get a bonus. Incentives work!

I've only tried Almond milk. It's OK in cereal but I wouldn't have it in tea

Glorious day of sun is forecast, and possible highs of 27 degrees Too hot?

Lack of anything else deemed interesting newsworthy I guess. After all, what they think is newsworthy and how they present it are somewhat different from what's really going on in the world.....

Any exceptions to that?

I can't see why media hypes so much about Jessica Ennis and Mo Farah both crave the attention to much. Agree

I take little notice of any sports reporting Gregg, so missed all that!

Choccy, Picto and Fibro have all gone missing of late.....Possibly DS gets a bit much for folks and they need to take a break.

Sometimes hoots goes awol for weeeeeeeeeeeeks!!!!

Mrs T hasn't been in for many moons either.....I think she had some bad experiences in GD and called it a day

Good reason to stay in here?

Well washed they'd be fine. The ones here are all coated in dust and mud from passing tractors. Nowt a dunk in cold water won't cure

I'm trying to water the garden to the max today so it will last til I get home... Son may come at the weekend but he may also forget all about it. Hanging baskets have been sat in the mini paddling pool I got in poundland. Well worth a quid, that was

7 hour day, then home for 4 hours, then doing the count for an election until 4am. I was absolutely knackered after that Not sure I could do it now, was about 15 years ago.

What's your longest day?
