Done fruit picking for cash when I was younger...these days the fruit farms get eastern europeanss to do it.....is that similar?

A no-brainer - whisky, of course. OK, I'll hold my hands up to occasionally drinking a rum and black many years ago, but you did all sorts of stupid things when you were young.

Do you believe that not mixing grape and grain is good advice?

Good advice... which In often ignore

Is it true that when you drink beer and wine you'll feel fine. But when you drink wine and beer you'll feel queer. If the answer is yes, why?

haven`t tried acupuncture...you have to pay for that But I do the acupressure regularly and have found it most beneficial..

want a cuppa or summat stronger?

Not necessarily. The lack of a tan could show that you stayed at an expensive resort which had enough sunbeds and parasols so that you didn't have to get up at 3 o'clock in the morning to snaffle one ahead of the perfidious Germans.

Are you like Mrs T and me who find shade essential?

Easy,. Hardened to it now! Spend years performing daily culinary miracles and you'll be impervious to the onions dastardly odours...

Ain't rained here either.....dunno wot the clap of thunder during the night was....prolly the neighbours

Tie on a couple of springs and make it a spring chicken. Alternatively, chicken soup. Mind you, if that is your idea of excitement . . .

ever wondered what the lovely tats that they' ve spent vast fortunes on embellishing themselves with are gonna look like when they is old and wrinkly?

PS me pop had some done...looked blooming awful later in life

This is why I'm gonna wait until I is as old as twass before I get more tats

Germany's justice ministry has drawn up a change in the law which would require mothers in certain paternity cases to reveal who they had slept with. Is this a step too far??
